Avoid this outfit. Scammers. Showed up for a regular sewage line cleanup. The guy didnt even spend a minute and said $1,500. Tried to take advantage of a 90 year old couple.

I echo all of these ...Said $100 or so and then , without looking , said $700 Then driver said he would try fixing it for the promised price but then just drove away.When I called the office , they were rude and just nasty a HORRIBLE experience I only gave one star because there was no option for ZERO DO NOT CALL THEM

THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIX MY ISSUE AND I HAD TO CALL A PLUMBER TO COME AFTER THEY LEFT AND THEY CHARGED ME AN ARM AND A LEG. I CANT STESS ENOUGH HOW BAD THE SERVICE WAS ALLLL AROUND!!!HORRRIBLE COMPANY AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

a-4995.com are the worse...DO NOT USE THEM..they were suppose to unclog my kitchen sink...they didn't and they didn't put the pipe back on properly and it started to leak under the sink...when I called the company, the woman had the nerve to tell me the guy didn't touch anything. I could not believe what she was saying. Horrible company..I wish I could give them a zero

They lied and said they would come back if problem persisted. And now they are telling me there will be a new charge. I paid $600.00 for main drain to be cleaned which is way more than their advertised price and now they won't even come back 2 weeks later to fix the issue.

Horrible, lazy, unknowledgeable technicians (high as a kite on weed) and receptionist! Claimed pipe was covered too far under sand yet I brushed it off with my hand. Had side door to access and removed sink with no problem. Refused to do any work but yet collected $50 with a chuckle. The business does not deserve any stars!

Total rip off. Charged $283.00 to unclog toilet,was here for 10 minutes. Would warn people to never use this company...

Charged me $200. to clean out sewer. It was worse after they finished. Came back because warranty but only put snake out 10 feet. Called and no manager in and would not confirm the address of the facility. Have get another company and *** them unless bbb will handle.

I called this company because my kitchen sink needed to be snaked. Did not know at the time that there are several $49.95 companies - this one is terrible! First they told me an addl $29.95 "assessment fee" would be charged; I said 'not necessary to assess, I can tell you my drain needs to be snaked; they said it was non-negotiable. They said an addl $5 gas fee (which was later changed to $10) would be charged + taxes totaled $98-which mathematically is incorrect! When they got here the guy wanted to charge me $98 + tax. After they left, they made the sink worse because they did not properly snake the drain, the tech had difficulty getting the pipes back together; the minute he walked in the house he said there was a 50/50 chance it would work + the machine was outside of the sink area so they lost at least 2 feet for snaking; did not perform the standard water test by filling up the sink just ran a stream of hot water and told me to leave it run for an hour. Within minutes black disgusting water was filling up and I had to cup it out before it came over the top. Someone at this company made the mistake by calling to see how the job went so when I called and asked to speak to supervisor, ***** WHO NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called 3 times on Friday then finally got her on Monday after calling 3 more times. She said I was not getting a refund because I should have called to have someone else come back - now why I do that! Also she said it had a 30-day guarantee which it doesn't say that on the invoice/contract. She said she would check with the higher-*** and get back to me. She didn't so I called again on Wednesday. Now she said her computer systems were down and she would call me back. Now it's Friday and I called again, she wasn't available so I spoke to Indie who said I wasn't entitled to 30-day guarantee because the pipes needed scraping but I could have 1 recall so I gave the analogy, if you go to a doc and get a bad diagnosis why would you go back!
