    I went to this buisness on 6-1-23 for a ** **** boot that was torn..the job was done wrong I went back..he did it again causing damage to the ** seals costing me 2000 dollars to replace..he refunded my initial 670.95 but refuses to pay the difference..my car did not have seal damage before he worked on it and did not leak before he worked on it..he is leaving me with over 1200 dollars of out of pocket expenses I cannot afford for something he (**** ********) did.

    The customer came in for a knocking/clicking noise. The front right ** shaft assembly was diagnosed as the issue, with the customers authorization we replaced the front right ** shaft. The customer brought the vehicle back a few weeks later with a noise in front right .After looking at the car, we found that it was a faulty front right ** shaft. So we warrantied the shaft no charge to the customer. After a few days the customer brought the vehicle back advising us that there was a fluid leak.  we looked at the vehicle found that the right axle shaft seal was leaking at the differential. We told the customer we would be happy to take care of the issue free of charge. customer brought the vehicle back after the parts were ordered and received. customer dropped the vehicle off, came back an hour after dropping the vehicle off, angry demanding that we give him the keys back. Asked the gentleman what was going on? he was irate, called the police for no reason when we were more than happy to work with him repair the car. he refused us of fixing the axle shaft seal. i offered to refund him his money from the service done back in June he accepted the refund and left.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I read his ***** response from Pro Service..he is not being honest about what exactly happened. **** would NOT show me the part he was supposed to be installing that he damaged when I went back TWO hours after dropping my car there to find it still sitting outside..**** REFUSED to show me the seals..why would you refuse to show a customer the part you were replacing? Probably the same reason my car was still sitting outside instead of in the shop being worked on, HE DID NOT HAVE THEM. Or he would of showed them to me..I simply told **** if he showed me the ***** I would leave and continue to wait for him to fix his damage, but he wouldn't. The man did work on my car thar resulted in damage that cost me 350 dollars more than what he refunded me for the initial job..now he wants to blame my dissatisfaction with his so called services on my car with why I should be stuck paying for his mistakes? I called the cops because I wanted documentation of the incident that he was refusing to show me the parts..that is why I called the cops.  Regards,  ****** ******

    I dropped the car off at just after 8 am. It was Like 805 am..the buisness will say it was later like 830am but this is incorrect. When I dropped off my car they had no cars in the shop and they were just setting up putting there speed bumps in front of there bays .it WAS just after 8 am..like I said 805 probably. Anyways I dropped the car off and then at 10 am returned just to check the progress because the job called for atleast 5-6 hours of labor to replace the ***** that they damaged when they installed the ** Axle on the prior work they did..when I got there at 10 am my car was still sitting outside and they had other vehicles in there shop they were working on..so 2 hours later my car is still outside when the job it's there for requires ATLEAST 5 or 6 hours work..I asked for my keys to get into my car at that point and **** the owner asked why, I said why isn't the car in the shop and he said oh we were just about to pull it in.  At that point I simply asked to see the ***** that he was supposed to be replacing and he refused to show me the seals..the man REFUSED to show me the Seals..why in the world would he refuse to show me the Seals? They were MY ***** goin into MY car and the man would not show them to me .I told **** if he showed me the ***** I would leave and continue waiting and he simply WOULD NOT show me the seals..so I took my car back and he issued a refund for the work done prior..670.95 which did not cover the whole cost of his damages. I simply want the difference..it was 329.05 and I have a receipt and statements if necessary.****** ******

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business actually reached out to me and paid the difference. I presented them with the receipt and they paid.. so I'm finally all good here.. thank you so much for your help!   Regards, ****** ******
