This was the worst dental, That I’ve ever been to. Their Dr B**** , mess up my mouth. And then he lied about it. This doctor broke four bridges in my mouth. I’m gonna end up having at least a 8 tooth that had to be pulled, The tooth broke right down to the gums. Then he wanted to asked me to sign a waiver saying that I would not Sue aspen dental. And now they had offered me $1800 and I’ve never seen it And I wasn’t going to accept it anyway. Dr. B****, was telling them that I was grinding my teeth. now mind you I had these bridges for couple years had already or three and never had problems with my bridges. until this man got in my mouth. After he damaged my mouth this is what he started saying *** is grinding her teeth. I felt so disrespected and was pranced around like an idiot from Dental to Dental so they can laugh. I try to keep my cool, I didn’t want to lose control because they were still in control of what kind of dental work what’s going to be done. I was truly humiliated. I went with an infection in my mouth for a whole nine months. Put on antibiotic At least seven times, within one year or nine months. This doctor knew he had broken the Tooth. All of a sudden he was always repeating that he’s gonna lose his job so I wouldn’t say anything because I didn’t want him to get in trouble because we were all friends and after he did it I should say. They will tell you that you need all this work and you really don’t???? that’s how they make their money. they screw people …By telling them false things, that they need to have done in their mouth. And once they got all the money they can get out of you, now they don’t wanna even have nothing to do with you or fix the problem of what they did. So if you’re ever thinking about going there you better think twice. All they do is rip old people off. Make these big bills so you would be indebted to them. So run like Hell avoid this place

Never again. First, this company Aspen Dental = The Aspen Group, TAG, ADMI (Aspen Dental Management Group Inc.). Second, I'm not a fan of making two appointments to get basic dental cleanings. They make the first appointment so X-rays are taken and they can 'recommend' a level of tiered treatment. Then, well I didn't return because the female dentist at this location was so dismissive. Since my teeth are in great shape they could not be bothered with treating me as a patient for a cleaning...I'm sure if I purchased all their hundreds of dollars of tools they said I need. I mean seriously, I have decades of experience at dentists offices across the World and this Aspen Dental takes the cake. Good luck getting your records from them when you refuse to succumb to their 'treatment plans'.
