    I have emailed McDonalds about an issue at one of their locations 5 plus times and they will not get back to me. I emailed again for a supervisor to call me and was ignored again. McDonald's customer service support needs a lot of work. They do not care about their customers.

    Here is the exact location and complaint. Hi, I went to the McDonalds on **** ***** **** ********** ** *****. Great staff. Very friendly. 1st my app would not work to give them my code, so I  figured I  would use the receipt. 2nd time out of receipt paper. Would you be so kind as to credit me my points please thank you. MCDONALD'S ****** ****** TUE, 09/17/2024. I could take a picture of my charge on line for proof if you want it.

    Susan R****, the supervisor of the Lyell Ave. McDonald's reached out to customer ***** ****** on 10/28/24, leaving him a message.  He called her right back a few minutes later.  She apologized for the receipt issue and offered him a free meal because he lost out on points. James declined the free meal and thanked Susan for calling him back.

    I always order from this particular McDonald’s store, they always get the orders wrong. So when I go to get a refund from ******** they are hesitant to give me one because they think I’m lying because of how many times I have to request a refund because this McDonald’s location keeps getting my orders wrong. I called the McDonald’s not in an angry tone to ask why I didn’t receive several items from my order and the woman who answered the phone acted like she couldn’t hear me after we were literally just talking she hung up. They are incredibly rude sympathy they didn’t even try to replace my order. This is a thing that always happens with this restaurant.
