            On Thursday 9/29/22 I dropped my **************************************************************************** $236.51. Durango ******************************** text me my car was ready. After picking up the car it was puttering / lagging in acceleration. I didn't drive it to far, a few miles to work (**** ********************* #***n ********* ** *****) and home. (86 ************. **********,** *****) which is only 5 miles. *** next day i went to work and noticed a large amount if oil was pouring out the bottom and left a large puddle which caused m more concern. I called & text Durango ***************************** service along w/a photo of the oil puddle after mentioning the puttering. ***y said for me not to drive it and they will come to my job. ***y ended up towing the car from my job to their shop with no questions bill for the towing. After checking the car again, they sent me a photo of a a reading of some diagnostics saying "cylinder misfire etc. this all after they worked in the car we never had any problems with. I didn't drive the car at all after getting it back a second time which I was charged an additional $160 ($396.11 total) we brought the car to another shop and they told us that because the car had leaked so much oil it damaged the engine and it will need to be replaced which will cost about $5000. I reached out to Durango ***************************** service asking them to honor the damage done to the car and have it fixed. ***ir response was "We did the top valve cover gasket and leak from the pics caused from the bottom oil pan...that's not on us." I'm only looking fir the car to be fixed or the value if the car nothing more. I need this car for work and now I don't have one. I have all text / documents from the beginning of this to the end including ***************'s diagnosis along with oil changes / inspections done from the past and there has never been a problem with my car.              It best describes exactly what transpired. I really don't have anything to add. The pictures says it all after explaining to them the full extent of the damage that was caused after they worked on the car they refused to take resolve the problem that happen immediately after working in the car, their response was we are not responsible for the car.
