While I was mailing a package employee named Jack said do you mind if I ask you what’s inside, even though no associate has never asked before about the contains of packages I oblige and I said it’s just a Sacagawea coin he said do you want insurance and I said no it was just a dollar coin. It doesn’t have any special markings or anything so I don’t think it’s worth anything and he said, those coins are going for $2400 each. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and searched about the coin and said this is what the gold is right now it’s a gold coin and I was like it’s a gold dollar coin my sister and I collect them. He also asked me if I was sure you still wanted to send it now that you know what the value is and I said yeah of course. I told him that I had a few of them at home. He said call ****** coin in Albany and they will be able to appraise it for you and give you a price. He said you won’t get the full 2400 but you’ll get a substantial amount. He said instead of sending it ***** will send it *** so I prepackaged it and one of the smaller brown envelopes and I close that and then he got the bigger white envelope got the receipt and said he was gonna put everything together so it didn’t get lost and said I was all set. I left. I didn’t watch him seal it Because I’ve been a customer before I didn’t feel like I would need to. When the packaged arrived to its intended location the package was sealed and the coin. After speaking with the owner he stated that I file a complaint against *** and that he would get back to me, It has been several months and he has not returned my call to resolve this issue.
