  On Feb 13 I went to The Awesome Hair Lab to get my hair colored and highlighted by Thomas Q********. He was not there at the scheduled time and couldn't be reached. 1 1/2 hours later he called me an we met back at the salon. I thought he was just groggy and sleepy because he said he fell asleep. But by the time the bleach was already in my hair I realized that he was wasted on either alcohol or drugs. I did smell alcohol on his breath and he claims that it was hand sanitizer . He could barely walk or talk. He had also inappropriately talked about sex and in made me very uncomfortable. At one point the upstairs neighbor was pounding to let him know that the music was too loud so instead of turning it down he proceeds to pound on the ceiling with a shovel screaming profanities. He turned the music even louder and I thought for sure the cops were coming. I had been to Thomas once before and he did an excellent job this time was a nightmare. I ended up orange and streaky and he did agree to fix it went back the next day. And he made it worse now its primary red. My request was natural red with highlights to cover Grey. I look like ****** ******** and when I told him that he seemed to think it was funny and said" ****** called he said to wait 72 hours. " I got and estimate for repair. It will cost 300 to fix this and I have to go brown which I don't want be will have to deal with. I would like my $220 back and $300 to repair this disaster.

  BBB spoke with the owner who said that he did what was asked for, and there is no refund warranted.
