On 10/31/23 two employees came to replace my toilet fill valve. Prior to them coming I shut the water supply line to the toilet. The plumbers turned the water back on after replacing the fill valve. Toilet seemed to run constantly after this. I called a few weeks later, delayed by two surgeries. The same ************ returned. When they were done ***** said he was going to prepare a bill. I asked why I was being billed. He said this wasnt related to their initial visit. The problem was the water supply to the toilet was barely on. I told him I didnt touch it. Why would I? He said I know. I told him it was shut off when they came on the first call and ***** was the one who turned it back on. If he didnt open it enough thats on them. I should not be billed. ***** spoke to *** the owner, and they reduced the bill to $185. He wrote on the bill that I was disputing the charge. I asked ***** if it was going to be my word against theirs. He said no. Afterwards I called to speak to *** a few times explaining to a woman on the phone what happened. I asked to have *** call me back each time. He never returned my calls. After not hearing back for a few months I thought it was resolved until I received a letter demanding payment and threatening to *** me. The letter came **** regular mail. They wrote and highlighted certified mail. They never contacted me even once, yet they said theyd been requesting payments for the past two months. I proceeded to email ***, again explaining the situation was created because his plumber on the prior call did not turn the water on enough. I got no reponse. On 2/7/24 **** from *** Daniels Plumbing called asking if I got their letter. Ultimately she said if I did not pay theyll put a lien on my house. I do not feel I am responsible for this bill, as it is a direct result of their employee NOT making sure the water valve was completely turned on when they made the initial repair. I am hoping you can help me resolve this is***.

Had to get a new stove and I called the plumber to disconnect the gas line from the wall to the stove. It took a matter of 10 minutes. The plumbers helper advised me to call them back to reconnect the gas line to the new stove. I got the stove and called the plumber as advised they came with 4 guys and watched the one guy attached the line The problem and complaint is when they slid the stove in place they ***** and scratched the wood floor. It will cost me $1000-$2500 to resend the wood floor. On top of the 10 min hookup they charged me $608.00 which I didnt pay because they were overcharging me. I am requesting he pay for the damage to the floor.

I applied for a HEAP cooling benefit through welfare/public assistance on 5/10/2022. I received a letter from welfare stating that a benefit of $799.85 was paid to Tim Daniels Plumbing & Heating Group. Called them and was told there is no record. The woman on the phone was rude and argumentative. I cannot get any information from them regarding my public assistance benefit that was paid directly to them. All involved have a nasty attitude. I just want my AC or my money.
