    I placed an order for multiple products on 26 June 2024. I received an automatic order confirmation the same day but there has been no communication nor order update since that time. I have sent six emails requesting an update and order cancellation in addition to 2 chat messages through their webpage chat feature. I have not received a response. I have ordered from this company on multiple occasions without issue, but this experience has been inexcusable.

    On 11/03/2023, I bought 108 beaded wenge wood mala. I received it a few days later. I have been wearing it for less than 2 weeks the stretch material that the beads were strung on has already stretched so bad that a large gap has already developed. I am really upset and disappointed that I paid $32.09 for this product it is already separating. I have built several pf my own malas and they have lasted months before I had to restring them again. I am kindly requesting a full refund ASAP.I receive one response from the seller on 11/20/2023. They said "We're so sorry that the string has failed. If you would like, we would be happy to send you a replacement asap, as well as an additional one as an apology. We can of course refund you as well.
