            I contacted this farm on a FB page selling hay. I was told they could deliver one good load after another, hay was guaranteed and he stood behind it. All of our conversation was via FB messenger. I had it loaded onto a thumb drive and printed out. Anyone reading the conversation can see I mention many times I can’t feed out the hay, it is dusty and musty. I was told to pick through it, refused to come take it out of my loft and give me back money due. One load was deliveree 4-26-24, $3,600, check #4598, second load 5-7-24, $3,600, check #4595. I have the whole conversation as mentioned, copies of cashed checks and receipts. This hay was misrepresented and should not been sold as quality hay. I posted to hay/farm pages to be aware of this person so others don’t get taken. A man from Westport, MA asked if I was speaking of the same man/farm who had delivered to him, yes. He was also delivered hay full of twigs and weeds, $12,750. I’d like this person to come take this hay out of my loft so I can have use of it again. Now with his hay in it, no other storage area for me I have to go take my pickup truck every third day to pick up hay to feed my animals. I’m 77 years old and don’t know if he thought he could pull a fast one on me, well he did. I can’t afford to loose this kind of money I need it to feed my animals, this has become a real hardship for me and I don’t know were to turn for help. I hope you are able to help me.
