    Stone Central Work: • January 29, 2024, installation date. • Damaged Countertop notified Stone Central: o Thu 02/08/2024 08:07 ? They came to correct the issue, though, I was in a meeting when the installed fixed the issue without me seeing it. o Monday February 26th ? Came to repair the damage, it came out nice and smooth, but color did not match. Justin, the person that did the repair even told me he was not happy with the outcome. He called the office and said they will speak to the manager. ? After several weeks, no responses of any updates. o March 2024 ? I had my wife, *****, call Laurie M**** who was able to take the call, and said she had no answer from the manager, and that Laurie had nothing to say at the time. o I texted March 28, 2024, to Justin, the installer, who responded saying that he last heard that Stone Central was ordering new glue to match the color. o I sent an email again on Monday 04/22/2024, to Stone Central – Laurie M****, Angela C***** and included my wife, ***** in the loop, to which I received no responses. I told them I wanted to avoid legal counsel and having to write a complaint. Laurie/Angela refused to respond, which is odd since they have been very nice to work with before the installation date. They used to be responsive, including Emily L****, also a Stone Central employee. I have been more than patient in waiting for over 2 months to get the damaged countertop fixed. I didn’t pay so much money to only have a damage on the countertop. I’m done with their unprofessional business practice. That’s why they wanted to get paid in full up front so that Stoner Central can take advantage their customers.

    This company asked for an additional $800 to install our countertops and we paid them. They still won’t schedule our install. We have been calling every day for the past few weeks and no one calls us back.
