    I placed an order on 8/22, it was supposed to ship within 7-10 business days. I never received the order. I emailed 4 times but never received a response. I called on 9/6 and was told it would ship on 9/9. I called again on 9/10, it still hadn't shipped so I asked the person on the phone to cancel and was told he would cancel if it hasn't shipped, then hung up on me. I followed up with an email asking to confirm cancelation of the order but never received a response. Order status still shows not shipped. I just want this order canceled at this point and I want them to confirm in writing that the order is canceled. This company seems very shady and unprofessional and I'm concerned that they will just charge my credit card at some point for an order I've been trying to cancel for almost a week now.

    I just received a forced substitute (from Mike) Cherry-Lime for the Blue Raspberry. Order #******* I opened it and it had a scent to it, so I looked at the bottom and the Expiration Date was 5/2024 (last month). From the few sips I had, I became incredibly ill for over eight hours. My current Blue Raspberry, for reference, doesn't expire until 7/2025, so has this vendor had this for a while sitting in their warehouse? This “substitute” isn’t even listed as a product for purchase on their website: **************************************************************************   They won’t return emails, but they are selling expired food items, which is illegal. Instead of selling the actual products listed, they are taking people’s money and shipping out “replacements” that are expired. This is a Bait & Switch, also illegal. I'd like someone not only to contact me regarding this, but I would like a full refund, immediately, shipping included, and they need to pay for a pre-paid label to get this expired product back. The only reason they want it back is so I don't show anyone what kind of shady business they run.

    Web site stated that any order of a $100 or more shipped free. Business contacted me to say because of the weight of the order shipping would $30. Person on the phone (Mike was defensive and rude with me. I attempted to say, why don't you change your web site to accurately reflex shipping cost and was told the web site was fine as is. I asked for a moment to think about the order or do a smaller about to which I was spoken over. I said can I get a word in and basically it felt like a competition, not a conversation. Said the order would cancelled. I felt disrespected in the so-called conversation. After looking online this business appears to have many negative reviews, meaning I'm probably better off I could not complete the order.

    On6/22/23purchased (4) bottles of *** ************ ****************** **** *** ** *** Fresh updated product.Product has a **** *** date of 8/2023, dark coloring & not a sweet fruity flavor.Called company on 6/25/23 talked briefly with a very rude rep.His only arguement was best buy dates do not mean a product is bad. Also if I want to return the mdse shipping cost would be my responsibility. I understand it could be used but this product has lost it's potency.

    I made some online purchases with the company in October 2022. A few items were backordered. I contacted the company multiple times via phone and was assured the issue would be taken care of. It never was. Finally in January, I began emailing the company. I was assured three times via email it would be taken care of by Mike. I sent my final email on 2/26/23 letting them know that after March 1, 2023, I would pursue other options to get my money or purchases. I received an email the same day that someone would contact me on the following day. That never happened. I sent a reply email saying no one ever contacted me. I have spent thousands at the company over the last fifteen years and have never had this problem. Order number: *******  Missing items include ****** ******** **** Tea Tree Conditioner is no longer in stock. Please replace with Tea Tree Therapy Conditioner. ****** ********* ******* Valerian Root Extract, is also not available. Please replace with NOW Valerian liquid extract. 1 bottle of ******* Formulas Melatonin 10 mg, 250 qty.

    I placed an order online with Vitaglo on Oct. 9, 2022. On Oct. 16, I emailed them asking what happened to my order. I emailed them again on Oct. 18 asking them to ship my order or to call me. On Oct. 21, I received an email with my tracking number. I only received a partial order. I asked for a refund for what I did not receive. They said they can't give a refund, but they would ship the rest. On Nov 11, I received another email with a tracking number. I never received that order. I have called them a few times to try to get this resolved, but it hasn't been resolved. At this point I would just like the $66.42 refunded to me on my credit card or by check to make up for the product I was charged for but did not receive.
