Granted I’m not a client but my ex is using this firm. I tried contacting them as per the divorce papers said I had to. Didn’t say a lawyer had to. I got transferred 5 times before the ceo called me. He called me rude, narcissistic, and a lunatic and said “ this is why he’s divorcing you”. When your staff are rude from the start and then you say that comment of course I’m gonna be a bit upset. You had no right to say that. Granted I had no right to call you a rude name but you started from the beginning by over talking and not letting me explain my side throughout.

We understand that divorce can be an extremely stressful and emotional time for all parties involved. However, it’s important to maintain respectful communication. Our policy prohibits contact with an ex-spouse without explicit permission, especially in sensitive matters like divorce. Unfortunately, during our interactions, this ex-spouse was verbally abusive to multiple members of our staff, which is unacceptable. Despite our efforts to maintain a professional and understanding demeanor, the situation escalated due to his behavior. We strive to provide the best service possible, as provided by our A+ BBB rating, and treat all clients respectfully. We regret that this experience was not positive for him and wish him all the best moving forward.
