    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22662898, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

They were not going to pay my car off. Yes they offered me $20,000. But I owe $36000. They are rolling over the difference. That is not paying the vehicle off.
    Regards,

    Jorge Diaz-lafaver

The  vehicle is in fact being paid off.  The balance is in the quote we provided and we can not receive title to said vehicle without paying balance in full.   It is not our fault that the customer owes more than the vehicle is worth.  Maybe this should be directed to the people that put him in this position.

On August 10 I dropped off my car at the dealership for overheating I was told that the engine was damage and would need to be replaced. These repairs would be covered under my **** warranty. The dealership said that they are having problems finding parts for a 2011 **** ****** and as today's date remains at dealership with no signs of being repaired. All inquiries are meant with the standard answer we are waiting for parts four Months later

Mr. ***** 2011 **** ****** engine assembly has been discontinued by **** ***** *******. ****** service contract company - **** Extended Service Plan - was able to locate an assembly, but, it was not a complete engine assembly, it was a short block assembly. As a result there have been delays while additionally needed parts have been sourced. Currently, the engine has been assembled and installation will be started today, while we are still awaiting arrival of some of the components needed to finish the repair. Thank you ... ****

I bought a brand new **** **** and got it at the end of may 2022 - I put less than 5,000 miles on the truck before the engine failed. I took it to 2 dealerships for work, and one turned me away. The next one said they fixed the issue, but didn't, and created worse issues on top of chipping the paint on my new truck 3 different times. I have been treated like dirt by koerner **** since day one. **** credit would not lift a finger to help.

Vehicle experienced internal engine failure. Vehicle was repaired under **** guidelines, alternate transportation was provided and vehicle was returned to owner. The vehicle was scratched on the forward area of the right fender, approx. one square inch in size; we pointed out the scratch, apologized and will have repair made as soon as possible. Owner will have to contact **** ***** ******* if they wish to seek a buyback of the vehicle. The owner also complained that after the vehicle was repaired, there was a noise when the vehicle was running. We have worked with ****** Tech Assistance Center, and after research and checking other like vehicles, the noise is simply the functioning of alternator. No further repairs are needed at this time.  Thank you... Pete N******, Service Manager, Koerner ****.

I have been calling them regarding having my transmission checked due to the fact that my car was not functioning to it’s full potential! Every time I would call and speak with the manager in the service department he told me that he didn’t have the available transmission staff! I have an extended warranty on the car and I was never told until today that I was able to take my car to a different Ford dealership to have the work that I needed done completed! Now that the warranty is up in 10 days he gives me all of that information and tell me that his mechanic is back in but they are backed up and won’t be able to get my car in! I have been a customer with them for almost six years and have not missed one payment on my vehicle and it’s not right to treat customers that way at all!

She had never spoken with the Service Manager and we are trying to discern who she spoke with. We will update complaint once we get vehicle diagnosed. Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, ******* ***** I did Bill in regards to bringing in my car and all of my past failed attempts on the businesses behalf to arrange an appointment! It was the service manager Pete that I had spoken to in all of those failed attempts! I no longer feel comfortable with taking my vehicle in to be serviced there at this time! If this is the way that they are continuing to conduct business by cheating and lying,I’m afraid that my vehicle may come out of there with more wrong with it then I originally complained about! I just can not trust it!
