    Had 60 days to use remaining services after cancellation of membership. I used most of them but had one left that had to be used by the end of December. I was a customer since 2018 and each appointment I scheduled in December was cancelled by massage envy. The manager Jesus acts as if he is unable to extend the time I have to use my last service but it is a customer service choice. Rather than provide time so that I can schedule again to fit my schedule he acted like it was a favor to me to squeeze me in somewhere- not understanding that childcare and my job does not make it easy to drop everything to get a facial or massage when it’s convenient for them. Very poor customer service. I do not believe 4 appointments in a row would have been canceled if I hadn’t cancelled my membership. Terrible management and a very greedy company.

    Had a gift card for a 1 hour massage I was told after massage that was 45 minutes they charge my credit card $80 saying I had to pay this because I do not want to be a member Plus another $10 because it was it was a deep tissue massage which I was never told there would be a extra charge for this totally fraudulent almost unlawful

    Had appointment booked. They called in morning and canceled stating their massage therapist isn’t coming in. Then right before my appointment they called and said “oh never mind he did show up” but it was too late for me to make it. They still charged me for the appointment even though they canceled at 8:00am.

    DO NOT sign up with this so called business. To start they have you sign a contract, that by the way you have to follow but they dont.... I have been with them since June And only went 3 times!! THEY cancelled 6 times on me... and every time they do the appointment Is over 1 month away... But in the meantime they keep deducting money out of your account.. they don't have a problem with that one! My last appointment they canceled 2x... and my next appointment is April 4th... yes Feb 24th 2022 they canceled that appt. a second time, and told me next avail appt.. is apr.. 4th.. I spoke with the regional manager to cancel and get my money back... because they owe me 3 visits, and of course they say... you signed a contract.. I said yes I did.... for a service that you can't provide me.. So bottom line... they TAKE your money and don't provide the service.. So I have literally went 3 months without a service I have been paying for monthly.. Yes 3 months in A ROW I have been stiffed... They won't refund your money and let you cancel... they don't keep records on how many times they cancel on you so they can cancel the same appt. repeatedly like they did with me.. How can a business make an appt... cancel... make another appt... cancel again and not have a record of how many times they cancel on the same person.. And most of all.... they have no remorse for doing so... they say.. we can't control our staff... we have no control over them coming in... OK... SO WHY WOULD YOU BE IN BUSINESS!! So according to the regional manager I have to ride out my contract... and they will make good with filling my appointments... so I will get a call April 3rd that will say appointment is cancelled....... Please don't sign up with this place... They are nice and great at first to get you in... but once your in... your just a number... And they don't give a flying **** about you.. I am not done with trying to get refunded... and I will NEVER be done with spreding the word to NEVER sign up with these *********

    Booked Service for $70. After Service they said the cost was $120. I had proof of booking at $70. They told me they do not guarantee thier pricing. After reading *all* thier fine print that supports the $120 was an over charge. They stick to their argument that they do not guaranteeing thier pricing. And. They apparently have an unwritten policy that does not permit refunds for the overcharged amounts. All this while insisting they stick to policy and thier pricing. (They clearly do not stick to what's listed on their website! They actually sent me a screenshot of the service costing $70 to prove thier point of the price not being guaranteed. This being the only statement in the paragraph below that they could use to support the charge of $120!!)
