Absolutely horrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. Money hungry animal killers! My daughter’s dog went in after being hit by a car, a very healthy 4 year old dog. Of course she was injured. So the $750 deposit upon arrival was not a surprise. But a hour and a half later they come in with a $11K bill !! Just for testing, medicine and imaging. With a 48 hr stay. I would pay any amount for my dog! I said I could pay half on the spot AT 10:30 pm. And would pay the balance in the morning. They would not accept it. They said they would prep the dog to go home. And bring her back when I have the money.. like WTF. My dog is dying. Had no choice to put her down. And that was over $2K. The story goes on. But the space is limited to write here! I have contacted an attorney, filed a complaint. They immediately removed my review on google. Within minutes of posting. This has to stop. How many families have had to resort to this over there greed. It’s nice to see the 3 new ******** **** in the dr parking area though!!! Complete scum bags, disrespectful, Good job green acres at making hard working families feel like complete dirt. This is NOT over. ??.

My mother not only had one bad experience but this is the 2nd one she has had. She went there yesterday with our dog who chew through her medicine bottle and ate her pills they charged her 700+ just to take him in and then made her call poison control which charged her as well letting her know the pill he ate weren't to bad she should be fine while the Dr is telling her that our dog is critical and trying to Charge her 4K and they would have to keep him for 48 hours she was distraught and she said I don't have that the. They started throwing all kind of numbers at her which all added to the same amount no matter how you put it. My sister called them and then that changed they went over some better options but still very high I feel like they shoulda started off with all options and calmed her down before trying to extort her out of money because she was upset and didn't hesitate to pay the first amount. They then charged her about 350+ for being there after midnight when she got there before midnight . That is wrong people shouldn't be charged if there get there before midnight and the customers end up being there later it's not there faults..

I felt that the veterinarian that I saw was ( dr g*****) very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I liked the way she interacted with my dog. I also thought the technician was friendly and helpful. I would also like to add that the staff at the front desk was also friendly. Taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly and being very nice to my dog.

Avoid Green Acres at all costs! I don’t write many reviews but feel strongly that I must help bring awareness. They are nothing more than a money grab business and are the definition of corporate greed! They are trained to give you a blank stare as they don’t even react to your shock when they tell you their over inflated costs. Vet care has always been expensive but this goes above and beyond. They charge you upfront for anticipated services and will not proceed until you sign off and that’s when the tech reaches in their pocket and says “I’m ready for that credit card when you are”. They claim It’s because people run out on them. Not a surprise someone would do that, There were a couple of people who showed compassion. Kim was one of them, but most just look numbly at you. The front desk day staff is friendly but the night staff is very cold and unfriendly which fits right in with the whole cold sterile environment. At all costs please find any other place to take your pet. After talking to many other people they have either shared their own horrible experiences or said their vets have told them to stay away from Green acres.

This was an emergency visit for a 5 day old puppy. The associate who answered the phone was compassionate and informative. When I arrived with the puppy, he was immediately taken to the back to be evaluated and cared for. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the tests and treatments she suggested. They were able to get the puppy stabilized and to bottle feed after having not nursed for almost 10 hours, which gave the puppy just what he needed to be well enough to leave and be cared for at home. The care this rescued pup received from all staff involved was professional, compassionate and pleasant! This puppy needed immediate veterinary care and that's exactly what he received. I do not believe he would have survived much longer without the excellent care he received at Green Acres!

I brought my puppy in with a broken jaw. No other er vets or our regular vet would touch her jaw. They did an excellent job with her and were very helpful and supportive with me. They were very honest and super compassionate.
