  ******* Dental repaired my front tooth in 2020 with a composite filling. My tooth looked great and it was barely noticeable. I accidentally cracked that same tooth in 4/2022 and called for an appointment. I was told to redo the tooth it would be $228, since I did not have insurance. This office ONLY takes cash so I went to get the tooth repaired on 4/5. Dr. Brenda P***** again worked on my tooth and told me it was again complete. It is my front tooth so I felt I needed to spend the money to get it looking good. Dr. P***** fixed the tooth and left the room. She told me to rinse at the sink. I rinsed and waited and a another person told me to leave. I drove home and looked in the mirror. I was NOT happy, there was a large patch of composite on my tooth. It did not cover my whole tooth in any way. It simply looked like a hole filled with spackle on a wall. I immediately called back and was told to return the following Tuesday, 4/12. That morning Dr. P****** receptionist called me to tell me it would be $150 to fix the tooth. I responded by explaining to her that Dr. P***** did the composite and did not cover the entire tooth.( I will attack pictures) and thats it seems like the job was incomplete. Since this is my front tooth and not done as cleanly and covering the tooth like the first time in 2020, I knew this was inadequate. So, the receptionist told me to come in. I informed both Dr. P***** and the receiptionist that I wanted it fixed and was not paying since it was not done right the first time. Dr. P***** looked at my tooth and said its fine and looks good. She told me my complaints were about the next tooth and that the tooth I paid for is perfect and there is nothing to fix. She can charge me and fix the next tooth. I left. I contacted two other dentists and they agreed that this was a poor job and should be redone at no charge. I will also attach this second opinions. I am requesting a refund of $228 - the tooth looks terrible and still has sensitivity.
