    I just bought a car from golds auto in March 2024 for 10,500 with a 30 day warranty and 6 mth warranty on a transmmsion already had to replace the battery in May 24 had part of the exhaust welded and a new serptine belt replaced in sept 24 now I have both cv seals are leaking have to take to transmission shop I went and spoke to golds today oct 10 24 and they said there is nothing they can do all warranty r up I think they new about all these probs when they sold it to me

    Customer purchased her vehicle back in March of this year. On Thursday 10/10 the customer came back claiming her seals were leaking on her transmission. I explained the warranty was up but if they like I could get them in with the transmission shop we use and they could check it out for her. She was upset that we wouldn't look at it for her at no cost and couldn't fix her problems. This vehicle is not a certified pre owned vehicle, It doesn't go through the 172 point inspection. There is no way that we would know that her transmission would start leaking 8 months later.

    On April 8, 2024, I went to purchase a vehicle Gold auto in Troy when I test drove the vehicle they were a couple lights on the dashboard which I was told that the car would be fixed by the time I received it so I continue to pay $3000 for the down payment 158 for the plates April 15th 2024. I received the vehicle a week after the check engine light kept coming on and off I called the dealership and was told if the check engine light doesn’t stay on. I cannot bring the car in to have it looked at so the ******** had it connected to their reader gave me a code called the car dealership back and they told me I had to bring the car in while the light was on which it wouldn’t stay on for long enough to get it there, So I brought the car to a mechanic and I got an estimate for $3200 damages in the car I was told the car should have never passed inspection then called the dealership back and was told to bring the car in on that date. I brought the car in. I was told their mechanic called out so that push me back a week later, so finally getting the car in, his mechanic gave me an estimate of $1100 which the dealership wants me to pay half plus my monthly car payment I have all the proof I have a paper from ******** with the date and time I have phone records of me calling them, and I have receipts of all the money sent

    Bought a 2005 ****** ***** on February 23rd for $2000 cash down payment with a remaining balance of $5225. Miles on car was 129,725 at time of purchase. Also provided a 30 day warranty, in which vehicle has been bought back 4 times so far for repairs they claim they made. 2 times was for belt making loud noises. Today 3/19/24 belt broke around 4:03pm. I took a Uber to golds auto to let them know what happen and was getting by owners which was very disrespectful about the issue. Currently at another garage getting issue fixed after Gold's Auto stated they fixed this issue. They gave me no paperwork proving to prove repairs.

    I put a down payment on a car on March 26th I was supposed to come pick it up in 3 days, 3 days come I call to find out when I could go pick it up I was told something was wrong with it I could get it that day. Fast forward 2 and a half weeks I still didn't have a car, I'm getting the run around I asked for my money back they say they will just put me in a different car, I pick the one I want I go to pick it up 2 days later and it's not the car I was supposed to get. At this point I'm like whatever as long as it runs I have already lost money from not having a car. I get the car and have had nothing but problems it had no fluids in it, it needed breaks and an alternator the inside is all water stained and dirty. This car is horrible. Now for the last 2 months I have been fighting with the dealership to fix the are or give me my money back, for the last 3 almost 4 weeks they have not been responding to emails or phone calls and I have a car that runs when it wants to and completely unsafe to have my kids in and a title with a lean on it so I can't do anything with it to even attempt to get a new car.

    I want to go to auto and put down $3,000 on a green jeep Cherokee. January 14 On the guaranteed from the salesman that the car would be in tip top shaped when it was ready for me for me to pick up. Within 1 week while driving my daughter from the mall Both passenger side wheels came off the car. I had to pay out a pocket$400 in chains to get 2 tires put on my truck I just bought within a week. The dealership owner is only took off 1 payment which is $300He wouldn't even give me back the money that I paid the tire place with the receipt in my hand. Then a couple of weeks later The car started that not start right away I called them about that To the end he had his mechanic look at it so he says It worked before 2-3 more weeks then I came out of the barber shop from get in here cut in the car would not start at all. So I had to get the car toad back to the dealership so they mechanic can find out what was wrong which was the fuel pump. I get the fuel pump replaced by there mechanic at gold's auto That was on a Thursday I picked it up Saturday I filled the tank up and the whole fuel line came apart so all the gas spilled On the gas stations flore... I take the car back again thanks to triple A. To get it repaired again.1 1/2 weeks passed and now the car is doing the same exact thing that it was doing the 1st time I took it back to the other ship to get repaired... I will give them their car back I just want my money back so I can go to a ripple dealership and get a car that I don't have to take to the shop every other week I'm driving around with my daughter 2 times the car has had a issue with my child and a car 1 was on the highway and 2 what a tire is came off the rim. ? incident with my daughter in the car Was the gas hose completely came apart so I'm driving around with gas leaking from my car which the triple A. driver told me if any little spark would happen my car would have been in golf and flames. I will give them a car back I just want my money back. Please

    Within 1 week of person in the car The 2 tires on a passenger side came off wind flat came off the room while my daughter was in a car.. Couple of weeks after that the car wouldn't start I called them they told me to give it a time let it start bring it back to them. They told me that they mechanic fixed the issue which they never told me what the issue was. Couple of weeks later the car wouldn't start a game At all. So I had to get a toad with my mother's triple A. cause I didn't have it at the time. Got it told to the nearest mechanic as Requested by gold auto They could not repair it. So I got it told to them Who is gold's auto they had my vehicle for 2 weeks. Claiming that day mechanic was in responting or they can get in touch with them that's why it took so long. So have the not have my car for 3 weeks I'm working or Uber and do to the weather back and forth to workyoYnd at this time I'm still making payments on a vehicle that I do not have. I get my vehicle back on a Thursday evening drive to work friday pick my daughter up from school go fill the car up at the gas station Then my daughter wanted some snacks. So I go back to the gas station get my daughter her snack to come back try to start the car and it's Pouring out gas. I didn't noticed it until Bystander told me That bro Your your car is leaking from the bottom so I get out of my vehicle smelling gas and seeing the gas on the floor. So after I call triple A. again it try to get it told to go again the trip will lay person told me that if the car is leaking guys they have to call the fire to pop it before you can hook it up To the tow truck because any spark Will set the call on fire or make it blow up. I just was driving around with my daughter in the same vehicle So if I tell them this I bring it back what happens the same thing After I had to pick it up 2 weeks later still make it payments every week. So now I I take it back to them they telling me I have to pay more because it's a different problem than what they thought My question is if you are a dealer of cars and you have a mechanic on your roster why didn't you find the problem from the beginning. Before I purchase this vehicle I said please go through with thoroughly make sure that everything is right and it's ready to drive because I pick up and drive around my kid so I need a reliable vehicle. The response was We will guarantee that the car will be up to par But 2 weeks after I bring it back after the tires came off the People from triple A. telling me that my car could have been in golf in flames or blow up while my daughter was in the vehicle after I bring it back to you You said you fixed it. Now we are doing with the same problem plus extra problems that they saying they are corroded lines and coronavirus things Under the hood so if things are corroded that means they were corroded before I bought the vehicle you're trying to make me pay for something that should have been fixed before I bought the vehicle no I'm not doing it. So I asked the owner of gold his name is josh I said keep my payments give me my down payment payment back and keep your vehicle and we can go about our loves he said it does not work like that Henceforth My complaint to you. I've been without a vehicle for over 2 months and still making payments I making payments on A vehicle that I do not have or can drive so on a last time I give them the vehicle back and it was over a week I didn't make a payment so yeah trying to keep my vehicle because I didn't make a payment what I make payment I don't have to pay me That's like Renting or getting a TV from *********** center take it to get fixed and still paying on the TV for weeks that you do not have they have a obligation to give me a vehicle that I paid for that why I'm making payments why am I making payments for a vehicle that I do not have not due to my self do you Just want to make a sale when I bring the vehicle back to you it takes weeks for it to get fixed but you still want your weekly payment why am I paying you weekly for something I do not have a.     bought 03/02/2022- i purchased 2003 **** ********** ***** ***** 4x4 picked up truck 3/03/2022 3/07/2022- went to dealership Spoke with Josh Goldstien & Coory showed them and told them about the issue at the time i was having. the front cab was full of water about 2 inches. It was leaking at the time i showed them. i showed him the rear hatch was not right it was also leaking. that the right window was not closed all the way. Josh said it was no problem it was probably backed up or clogged sunroof. 3/10/2022- brought that morning. picked truck up that evening after 6pm. said said it was blown out and they didn't see anything wrong with window that his guy could see or rear hatch. 4//01/2022 called on the leaking again and rear nothing to say he would look at the issue was okay i thought because it had not rained or snowed. when it did the leaking was just the same if not worse, i thought i was maybe the sunroof it self so i ordered replacement parts off **** for the sunroof. i still have it , never has been opened. my kids and i had to move out the 31st march. and while moving one of my friends noticed when he shut the door there was chunks and chips falling down, and the hatch was shaking. we look and the whole undercarriage under driver seat and passenger seat moving into the rear where my kids sit, is literally gone i can fit my 5 year old almost all the way through to the inside from the underneath. at any moment any moment that driver seat is going through to the road. there is no nothing...... the rear can show it wreaked and wrecked bad someone at bedards said. it been welding in parts and pieces together. the rear is warped and had hammering marks that the rubber weather strip cover .the underneath is rotting around the axle and definitely the tail hitch its not for that truck. i was never ever notified of this any o the things i have described i have never known. he knows i have kids. he knows im displaced. ive called to get my money back or truck.

    The owner of Gold's Auto called BBB and explained that he has set up several appointments for the consumer to come in but the consumer failed to make the appointment. He also noted that he brought the matter to DMV and was told that it is not anything that he is obligated to fix. Since the consumer failed to show up multiple times for the appointments, there is nothing further the business can do.

    Better Business Bureau: it’s really hard to fix the bottom of a busted out Florida she can see the floor in the ground on that was sold to me that way it should never pass inspection you can’t fix it I was told not to take it back to let the dealership fix it because all they do is put Band-Aids on it for last the 30 days so they can get out of trouble in my children safety and my safety is a lot more than these people they don’t know what they’re doing except scumbags to fix it he’s well-known first one bag can’t because it is there obligation to fix a vehicle in my children safety and my safety is a lot more than these people they don’t know what they’re doing except scumbags to fix it he’s well-known first one bag he can’t fix it all I wanted to do was take me with money that’s why I’m going to sue I’m gonna keep going farther and farther because it is their obligation to fix a vehicle that has a restaurant like a Barney rubble car can’t do that in 30 days it was sold to me that way  so I don’t believe about DMV and I did show up for the appointment just seen you fix it you fixed it each time check the cameras.

    I got a car from this business and I have to keep bringing it in for the same problem and I’m under warranty so I wanted to just get a refund because they keep telling me there’s nothing wrong with it but I was told I wouldn’t get a refund
