    On April April 13 I booked BunnyZoo2U for my daughters 1st birthday on June 4 and sent them a $125 deposit via CashApp as per their contract they sent me. Three weeks before the party I was notified via ******** Messenger that one of the bunnies was sick and they would have to cancel coming to my party. They said that the refund for the deposit had been sent and when I said I didnt see anything they said it takes **** days. They refused to provide proof of any refund and acted so nice promising me that they would make sure I got my deposit back even if they had to issue it another way. After I gave it 11 days and did not get my money back they claimed they sent the money even though there was no proof of it on my end. Any attempt to ask for proof that payment had been sent on their end was met with excuses and lies and ultimately they resorted to accusing me of harassment for simply questioning why they could not offer me proof of a refund that had been processed that I never received. Once it became clear that I was not getting a refund and that they didnt have the money to give back they turned nasty and refused to resolve the matter and told me that my only option is to rebook (which, btw, was not in the contract they sent me-there is nothing in there that states they will not refund based on their cancellation, only the client who books). They said they were not available to rebook until mid August which is very unprofessional-if you cannot perform the services you took a deposit for any time close to the original date then just give the deposit back. This business, run by *****************************, is such a scam. Its clear they/she have no idea what they are doing and take your money and then cancel and cannot provide the refund they continually promise.
