    After purchasing a dining room set, the table and chairs were not stable. They rock from side to side. After going back to the store the next day to cancel and ask for a refund, I was told the manager was not there and they could not get in touch with him. When I went into the store the next day, I noticed the dining room set was not on display any more, and found out he sold me the table that was on display without my permission. I went to the store and called everyday for a response, but to no avail. When I called, I was blocked. Suddenly, the store has closed down and has not opened up again, so far.

    I ordered furniture which I was told would be delivered in a week, and it took almost two months to arrive. It arrived damaged the dresser drawers wouldnt open, it was missing screws, they used staples instead of nails, it was scratched and the longer dresser wobbles which is a hazard to our two year old child. My wife told the driver to take it back and he said we have to call the store. The store refused to send the driver back to pick it up and when I offered to bring it back myself they cited their contract and said it says no refunds on special items. This contract was where they snuck terms unbeknownst to me on the credit card receipt. Verbatim those terms say no cancellation on special orders not no refunds. The problem with that is it was not nor never was a special order, and the order was not cancelled it was executed and it arrived damaged so I am entitled to a refund.

    Bought 3 mattresses at Leonardo Furniture store I spent $1500. The beds that I received was not the bed that they showed me when I made the purchase. When I went a week later to the store manager to complain he gave me an attitude and told me to spend more money so I can get a better mattress and that it was my fault. One of their employees said that we had received the wrong mattress & to come back and speak to the store manager. After going back and forth for months I finally rented a van and brought the beds in myself and asked to switch them because these were not the beds that I was shown. **** the store manager told me that I was getting the same beds and if I wanted better mattresses I was going to have to pay more money. I asked for a refund and he said absolutely not. I opened the mattress and realized that there was only a 1 inch piece of foam separating the springs from the top. When he was writing my order he was being funny and asked if I wanted a pillow top and we said yes. It did not come with a pillow top. When I layed down it felt like I was laying on top of cans. Me and my family slept on the floor for months because these beds were so useless & inadequate to sleep in. Not only did the mattresses not serve the purpose it was intended for. I received an unprofessional, unethical, false advertising, and disrespectful service.

    Good morning,
    Customer purchase three mattresses for $1300 about four months ago, The customer was asking specific for inexpensive mattresses do to theyre not going to stay in this place for too long, customer called four months later complaining the mattresses are damage, and she would like to get exchange, we never had any issue with this type of Mattresses, especially not three of them in the same time, even though we ask her to bring the mattresses back to the store and replace her with three new mattresses, we spoke with the factory they give us the authorisation to do that, customer came to the store with the three mattresses drop them in the store and start ripping off the mattress with a knife,customer that was there got scared and left the store right away .we were thinking to call the police on this type of behaviour, its all recorded on camera.
    Even though we agree to change the mattresses to the new mattresses ,she was looking to get an upgrade mattress much more expensive for the same price and we did not agree to this.

    also this type of customers using anything they have in power to destroy small businesses, next day after the incident we got 10 negative review on ****** people we never know.we know its came from this customer.

    please dont reward this behaviour.

    Hi Purchase this set of living room sofas, at Leonardo Furniture at located at *********************************************************** ******They over charge me ****** the set is on sale on there website ********************* for $1681.58 original price $2185.98 even they charge me more then the original price they charge me $2,299.99. They said they can't honor the sale of the website, because it has nothing to do with them. I wanna to return the set, they said it final sale no money back.I am very upset and disappointed how can a business take advantage of good people. I work very hard everyday. I don't think is fair.Hope you can help me with this I am not asking for a full refund I just want then to match the price on the website.Thank you.

    In response to ************************* complain,
    1. Since Covid prices of merchandise going up and up every day .
    2.our website is been Monitor by an outside company.
    3. Customer have the option to purchase from our website but we dont guarantee time. because of shortage of merchandise,
    We buy stock from distributors for a higher prices to be able Service for consumer next day delivery .therefore we cannot match our website prices like pre-Covid time.

     Hi I do not accept the explanation because they don't even have prices on there display and they never mention the price because is *****.

    I check same style on different website and all them have them on sale.

    I am not asking for a full refund I just want you to be fare.
