  I hired **** * ******** do do work at my house. He was suppose to pull out the old toilet tub vanity. Put a new tub in with tile. Was suppose to install a double sink as stated in contract. He put 2 single sinks in and caulk them together. Also never tighten the drain so water dropped and ruined the cabinet. The tile in the shower is so crooked and un level. The faucet in the shower is still lose and drips. Was suppose to fix 2 spots on my ceiling and repaint. Made the spots worse and I had to rehire another painter to fix his mistakes.also having your 15 year old son painted customers house when he doesn't know what to do and get paint all over the couch and the washer and Dryer. He also left all the garbage that he took out of the house on the side of my house and then I had to bring everything to the dump myself. I did fire him as his work was very poor. I gave him a $4000 deposit and he took over 6 weeks to not complete the job for working 2 to 3 hours a day. I did get in an altercation with him as I wanted a refund for some of my money and he stated my lawyer told me not to give u any money back but I do have a text stating he would give me a $1000 back. I don't think that is enough as my other painter cost me 1100 cause of his mistake. I have pictures of everything. I still to this day have not got a receipt for any of this work. He also screwed my girlfriend as he was suppose to work there but she fired him due to work quality at my house. He ordered windows and a door for her and made her take them. The window screen was damaged and he took the screen to replace and stole it and never returned it. Also ordered the wrong door for her and would not take it back or refund her. She also had to get a new contactor and pay more money. This business is a disgrace to the business and should be shut down. I also have a lot more pics than what I have attached

  BBB spoke with Mark and the following was relayed: Bottom line- the job was completed, fully.  Everything in the contract is done.  I did exactly what he told me to do.  I even have texts from him telling me how great everything was.  And then when it came time to pay- he owes me around $4,000- he now has issues and hasn't paid. I've been in business for 20 years and this is the first and only complaint I've ever had.  Check my record, it speaks for itself. Listen- I went back out there a couple times trying to make him happy- doing exactly what he wanted each time- but then he threatened me, he threatened my wife, he threatened my family- I'm not going back out there after that.  And I still haven't been paid for my work.
