            On June 2nd, I tried redeem **** grocery store loyalty / reward points (850 +) when buying gasoline at location. Told that system was down unable to reedeem. Tried different time on June 2nd, told same answer. Attempted on June 3rd in morning, still same answer. Last day to redeem points was June 3rd. Stopped again on June 4th, attendant said system was back up on June 3rd morning (10 am approx) . Now, Points not showing on loyalty card (expired).

            Good Afternoon  In response to the complaint Mirabito wishes to state, that our systems were down due to issues throughout the weekend and we understand the consumer's frustrations  and will work with **** to restore the lost points on their card.  **** and Mirabito work together in this partner program . The consumer has every right to contact **** to request the lost points be reinstated,  If the consumer is willing to provide Mirabito with their ****  loyalty card number , we will reach out to our partner **** and ask for the points to be reinstated. If the consumer is not comfortable providing this information to Mirabito, the consumer can contact **** directly by visiting their customer service or calling.  We want to make this right , so if we receive the information from the consumer  we will work with our partner in the program , ****, to have their points restored to their **** loyalty savings card.  The consumer can call ************ and press 0 to speak with  Mirabito receptionist to provide the information.  We do apologize for any miss communications they received regarding the down time, Sincerely , Mirabito Energy Products
