            My cousin passed on Friday November 22, 2024. We ordered a flower arrangement from waddington blooms for the wake. The lady argued about the set up of the arrangement and we agreed it was fine just send as is and I would fix it to how we wanted for services. Not only did she send an arrangement with a moldy pad of paper on it for display (art wreath) she told the funeral directors at ********** in massena to not let us change or touch it. After we had paid $350. We asked for a discount as the way the lady spoke to one of the girls ordering it and was very nasty on a day were laying a friend/family member to rest. Many photos to show what we sent, what we received, and what we did to change as it's our property after paid for. Asked for a reimbursement or discount at least and told us absolutely not and we knew nothing about flowers. Which may be true but the customer service and the disgusting mold on a pad of paper that was to be displayed at a service is unacceptable. I was able to replace with my own personal paint palette instead of the moldy paper. I also used my cousins personal brushes she gave to me before she passed.
