If I could give zero stars I would. I recently brought my truck in for them to replace my screen and perform a tire rotation. Before i dropped off my truck, like I always do, I ****ed one of my tires with a paint ****er so it shows me if they actually rotated my tires.My truck was done in a couple of hours, which I thought was actually fast for replacing a screen and rotating four truck tires. I was charged $50 for the rotation and the screen was covered under warranty. When I picked up my truck, the tire with the **** I made was in the same location.That shows me they never rotated my tires.This is not the first time Merrick Jeep did this to me. About 3 months back I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Like I always do I ****ed one of my tires. I picked up my truck and the tire with the **** I made that morning was still in the same spot.When I brought my issue to the manager ***, his response was I could have them do it now. Why wasnt my tires rotated when I brought my truck in for service. The service I paid for to have done. Why on gods earth would I have you ever touch my truck again. When I expressed my frustration and said I will never return to Merrick Jeep again his response was ok. Merrick Jeep tried to scam me twice. I will never step foot in that dealership or service department ever again. I would highly think twice about bringing your car in for service here. If I was scammed twice how many other times did people come in for $50 tire rotations and the service was never done.Truly disgusting.

This is a shady dealership that does the old bait and switch. On their website they are advertising a 2024 Jeep Sahara for $377/month with $1999 plus taxes and title. Ad clearly states offer good until 7/7/24. I made an appointment to go down today. Once I got there and referenced the offer on their website, they stated all incentives were over July 1st, even though its 4th of July sale. When I had the Sales manager *********************** go on his website to look at the deal, he stated it was a typo and they havent taken it down yet because of the holiday and staff was on vacation. Avoid this dealership at all cost! They are shady and practice bait and switch!

I purchased an extended warranty on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Merrick Jeep. I started leaking anti freeze and had the truck towed to these crooks. **** the service advisor sends me a video of how odd this was and a PCM bracket was loose and caused it to puncture a hose. Told me that I had work done somewhere else. Why would I get work done somewhere else if I have an extended warranty. The only things Ive done is oil change and back breaks. They actually fixed my horn and did a PCM update. Then I speak to the ** **** who told me that I was rude to the service advisor and he wants my car out of there. Of course Im not going to be nice to someone who is telling me I did something I didnt. Between me and family and friends that I sent to buy cars here which is in the range of 15/20 cars total this is the treatment you get. I had to have my truck towed out of there because I was not paying them a *****. They basically told me I was a liar and that I was threatening people. Never threatened anyone. Was I rude yes but had every right. Also they screwed up my brother in laws gas tank 3 times and damaged his car. Hes waiting almost 3 months to get his car repaired. Yea and Im the bad guy. **** the General Manager is the most unprofessional person Ive ever spoke to in my life. I called corporate today to file a complaint. Good luck to everyone who goes through this terrible dealership. Total incompetence from the top down.
