    I bought a diesel AT4 truck on 6/28/23. On that day (6/28/23) when I got home I called and said the truck was making a strange whistling noise. I took it back to them on 6/30/23 for them to hear what I was hearing. The mechanic at the dealership also heard the noise. I made an appointment for a certified ** auto shop to look at my truck. I took it in to them on 7/1/23. They could clearly hear the noise but couldn’t get it in to do repairs until 8/2/23. I contacted the salesperson. He told me that he could get me something else off their lot or I could deal with it myself. I refused to take a truck that I don’t want. I dropped it off to the ** repair shop on 8/1/23. They changed out the turbo and the truck was still making the same noise, so they didn’t give it back to me. They continued looking for the problem. On or about 9/14/23 they called and told me they were flying someone in from ** because they couldn’t figure out the problem. A couple weeks later they called ma and said the ** technician told them to replace the motor. They did that. A couple weeks later they called and said, something is still not right and the truck still isn’t running after putting in a new motor. The ** technician flew back out to reassess the situation. More parts have been ordered as of 11/9/23, without knowing if that’s the problem. I have been in constant contact with the dealership (including the owner). I feel like they are just pushing it off. I bought that truck with 650 miles on it. The dealership claims they didn’t have any idea that truck was faulty. In turn they have no idea if the truck will ever be fixed. I asked for my money back and was told no by the owner of the dealership. At the his point I’ve been borrowing and paying people to use their trucks for my everyday needs. The dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility for anything. They keep telling me to wait and see what’s next. I can no longer wait. It’s costing me too much money for their lemon of a truck.

    The consumer's vehicle is currently located at ******** ********* and has ** involved in the repair. Every effort is being made to repair the vehicle. All of the diagnostics and repair efforts have been at ******** *********.FX Caprara ***** has provided the customer a loaner vehicle.  We understand the customer's frustration and are empathetic and as a company will assist, however the vehicle needs to be repaired and released to the customer to move forward.
