    Run. Negaitve stars. We scheduled a pool opening and they called the day before telling us 11-2. When we first scheduled we were told around 11. We had something come up and the 11-2 was still ok but it made it a tight schedule if they arrived at 2 so we requested they try to fit us on the earlier side to which we were told sure. I understand that times cannot be exact and forgive the error in not giving us a time range and we apologized for having something come up that made our time tight, but we thought were dealing with human beings. We understood their error and agreement to try their best and our inconvenience of requesting us not be last in the day, but were appreciative of their efforts to try to be courteous and helpful. Then the next day came! No one is there at 10 of 2. We called to find out what was going on and the individual said it was odd they weren't there and hadn't called to say they were running late. So my husband said not to show up that day and requested a call back to reschedule. No one called that day to apologize or reschedule. The next day we waited halfway through the day again and call and again are told we will be called back no one does. We wait another day halfway through the day and this time I ask to talk to the service manager. He does not apologize and just insists that my husband cancelled. Yes at 10 of when no one was there he called and said if they weren't there soon we could not wait, especially since we were told they would try to put us for earlier. The manager stressed they are busy. I said yes I do understand being busy but certain things ought to be priority, like such a mistake. I had to suggest they schedule us asap to make up for it. I asked to talk to his boss because I was not happy with his lack of concern and the OWNER was worse. He made exuses too and CANCELLED VS COME OUT ASAP. Worse they abusively act like you are the problem. Owner said "make sure you spell my name right" in reviews vs sorry! Beyond cruel

    Both our service manager & I apologized several times, but this wasn't good enough, the original service call was scheduled for Thursday between 11-2, her husband called & cancelled at 1:50, which we completely understand, we were unable to return their calls to re schedule until Saturday, which Kyle got back in the schedule for Tuesday, this wasn't good enough, when I spoke to ********** I also apologized several times with no success. At this time I did not feel comfortable about sending any of our techs out into a potentially abusive situation, so I canceled the Tuesday service call. Sincerely Brian

    What a liar the owner is. They did not apologize and here he is insuitating we would be a problem, never addressing the initial or repeated negligence by his business of not showing and returning calls. What is the excuse for this? Proves my point.
