We are a small trucking company and We had a truck that broke down at weedsport, NY. This company is basically the only towing that deals with trucks in the area. The prices here are absolutely predatory. Charged me $500 just to come out and see what’s wrong and charged me $1100 just to tow back to their yard. I wouldn’t mind the prices If their customer service was ok. I didn’t ask for any special treatment, just fairness and respect which we didn’t receive at all. My driver was called all kind of names just because he was stuck in a hotel across the street and came into the shop to check on the truck. Justin, the manager cussed at me multiple times and hung up the phone on me(owner of company) while they were working on my truck. I ended up driving all the way from Ohio to get my truck out myself because I didn’t want to cause my driver any harm. He was afraid to go back after Justin yelled at him.I believe the workers here are racist and had issues with my driver and I because of who we are. We absolutely did not do anything to deserve the treatment we received from this place. When I came to get my truck they literally flicked me off as I was leaving. They also didn’t give us any proof/ paperwork for anything. Refused to give us paperwork for diagnostic.
