  *********** is a comparison website for heating oil companies. I order heating oil and companies also offers boiler services. I wanted my boiler tune-up. First time using their site for boiler service, I paid $40 on 11/18 for service call totaling $185 on 11/23 from *************************** at ***********. Dynomite arrived ********************************** CORP I asked why. Technician said they bought company and never changed the name but still same company. NAPCO OIL HEAT CORP ********************************************************* ************ Prior to them coming out I had hot hot water and heat, no problem with my boiler just wanted a tune-up. Completed 11/23 PM. Less than 24 hours on 11/24 after returning from Thanksgiving dinner, basement is flooding from boiler. Placed ***************** call to Dynomite. Tech *** returned I explained that boiler is flooding basement and I did not have this problem before he touched it. Checking Expansion Tank needs replacing. Checking cost of parts and service call free. After going back to his *** he came back and said $265. I disagreed with the price my boiler was working before he touch it. He said it's holiday weekend and it would cost me over $600 or more to get another company to come for an emergency service call. Do I want him to do the work? Yes or no. I asked if there was anyone that I could speak to; he said no the office is closed. Do I want him to do the work? Boiler is flooding basement, I need heat and hot water in my house I do not have a choice. I signed for the work, but now my boiler does not heat my home like it did before the service, it has leaks and I have to run hot water for it to get hot. *** gave copy of the bill but he calls the office to check if ***** has my payment info on file. He asked her if she wanted him to come back to the office. She said yes after he told me there is no one to speak to the office is closed. Replacement parts cost less then $70. This is a scam to get residual income.

  The customer is totally incorrect on the time table and charges.  She called for a tune up that is a basic service. She was notified of the water leaks and thought that it would be included.. ************ is an additional charge.  She refused the service at that time and called back in over a weekend for the leak issues.  She does not have an emergency service contract for weekend calls and we told her it would be the next morning   Upon arrival she accepted the service and happily paid with a credit card.. Soon after she disputed the service charges   As of now we have not received any payment for these services.
