    upon purchasing vehicle, vehicle broke down same day of purchase , dealer / owner promised to fix vehicle fully at all costs but failed to do so dealer only fixed half of the issue with vehicle and started to ignore / return calls vehicle is non ********** and now im left with a very high car note and unfixed damages that was present before purchasing vehicle please help this dealership shouldnt be in business they are lieing and ripping customers off and getting away with it !

    In response to this complaint I always  return calls and spoken to *************** several times about her car.  went the extra mile for her and had her own mechanic do the work on the car being that she lives in ********** **. It was repaired by him and was told its fixed . i paid the bill over the phone everything was good two weeks go by and *************** called and said a seal was leaking when i reminded her that her own mechanic repaired the car she went off on me stating all that she said in the complaint and then some. I am now happy that she stated we should not be in business  lying and ripping people off. if you take the time and go over all our reviews you will see that is not  the case at all

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Hello good morning just reviewed the response 
    from Long Island motors in which is a false statement I have proof on paperwork that shows
    there was no personal mechanic whom fixed my
    vehicle Long Island motors told me to bring it to the infinity dealer because its an infinity they would be 
    able to find out exactly wats wrong with the vehicle 
    Long Island motors then told me they would cover all costs being that the vehicle had broken down on me the same day of purchasing the vehicle once the infinity dealer had found all diagnostics they then contacted Long Island motors with the cost and Long Island motors refused to pay total costs and only had paid partial for the vehicle to be repairs here are the documents again that shows wat was fixed and wat still needs to be fixed on the vehicle

    personel mechanic meaning *************** what ever was diagnosed at the time is what i paid for. yes it was close to were she lived.

    The management is very dishonest, from the beginning they tried to apply an additional $3,600.00 warranty to car note without asking my permission. Two days after driving off the lot with the used **** Dodge Ram the muffler on the passenger fell off, on the 4th day the muffler on the driver side fell off. After several attempts I finally spoke with ***** and he said he would take care of the situation. I waited 3 weeks to see if would honor his words. Moral Compass doesnt exist!!!!!!***** agreed to reimburse me for the repairs to the muffle and side steps. He told me he was going a vacation 3 weeks and would have the check sent out to me. He refuses to pick up my call and has not returned any of my phone calls.In my opinion I believe they had the inspection falsified and I making an complaint with the NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to investigate.
