    On July 7, 2023, I purchased a new iPhone at YourWirless and traded in my iPhone XR in exchange for a $440.00 credit/trade in promotion. On July 7, 2023, I was unaware that YourWireless was an authorized retailer of ******* and not a ******* company store. YourWireless has no signage that informs customers who visit their storefront that they are an authorized retailer vs. a ******* Company store. YourWireless has a ******* sign on its storefront and appears to be a ******* company store. At the time I traded in my phone on July 7, 2023 my iPhone XR was wiped and I had to wait a long time for my new iPhone to download all of my information from the cloud. The store manager, ***********************, advised he emailed me a purchase receipt for my new iPhone and trade in receipt. Not until a few hours after I left the store and I was able to check my email on my new device did I realize that ************** did not give me my trade in receipt. Although I placed a phone call to ************** at YourWireless to have him email my receipt I had to return to store to in person a week later to obtain my trade in receipt. At the time I traded in my iPhone XR ************** failed to give me a tracking number so that I could track the return of the iPhone XR to ******* corporate. ******* corporate refuses to credit my bill for the $440.00 for the trade in. ************** and YourWirelsss have also failed after four requests to provide the ***** tracking number/shipping information to myself and ******* customer service so that ******* can confirm the location of the trade in phone and provide the $440.00 credit I was promised. I also cannot have my iPhone XR returned to me. Because YourWireless refuses to provide ***** tracking information, I have been denied the $440.00 credit and I also cannot retrieve by property/iPhone XR. YourWireless must provide a $440.00 credit in exchange for the trade in as promised and must provide the tracking information to ******* customer service.

    July 3, 2022 I went to purchase a prepaid sim card for an unlocked phone. Salesman told me that cost for one month was $65 cash. I paid him the $65. He gave me a sim card and it did not work. It did not work in 2 phones. He insisted the card was good even though it did not work and refused to return our money. We later went to another ******* store. They checked the sim card and told us the card was never activated and in fact was a type ******* discontinued many years ago.
