    Bought some diamond earrings from them. The clasp in the back is very weak and one was lost the first time they were worn. Ordered a single earring to match the one that was lost and it came with a much better clasp. Returned the first one that we still had to get the clasp fixed and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it, even though its obvious that the new earring clasps and the one one doesnt. If you buy from them, make sure to get the insurance because the items WILL fall off.

    The 5 stars rating is for pricing. I bought several lab-grown diamonds over the last 2 years. They arrive in a timely manner. I have my trusted jeweler set the stones and test them prior to make sure they are indeed lab-grown and not simulants or moissainite.

    If I could rate this place less than a star I would. I originally bought a ring from them, and it looked nice. My now fianc wore the ring one time, and had a diamond fall out. We contacted them, they provided shipping and a shipping label via ****** and told them to ship the ring and they would take care of the it issue free since they provided shipping coverage and the ring has coverage, and of course there were more issues. As we shipped the ring back from ****** ***** lost the package. It took almost an entire year with hundreds of calls, them telling me they cant do anything for me, its out of their hands and finally after about 8 months for them to recreate the ring. During the recreating process, it failed their terrible quality processing for loose diamonds. And finally was reshipped with a new band that is completely crooked. Now My fianc has been petrified to even wear the ring just incase another diamond falls out. Sadly she has probably only wore this ring less than 20 times since then, and guess what? Behold ANOTHER diamond has fallen out. This is something not a single person in the world should ever experience, go through. It ruined the entire engagement process for us. I dont even get to see her wear the ring, it pushed back our wedding, ruined engagement photos, this place is TRASH for $13,000 I should NEVER have experienced this, and I dont want ANYONE to waste their money on this dumpster scam place.

    I purchased a set of earrings for Christmas. Three days before Christmas was notified one of the diamonds was unavailable. Their customer service was hands down the best! They found me two more diamonds, better quality, and had them at my doorstep within 24 hours. The diamonds are absolutely gorgeous. My personal experience, I would recommend them to anyone. I still cannot believe they pulled off a 24-hour delivery. And that was setting the diamonds in the earring and shipping them to my door. I will be a returning customer for life.

    I ordered engagement ring from this company on November 25th. Original delivery was delayed and the ring was different from what I ordered. I contacted the company and they agreed to repair it. I send it back and the ring was delivered on December 3rd. The repair was delayed twice already without any notification, I had to contact them myself for updates. Today is December 24th and the ring is still at their factory. It was custom ring order #*****. Now theyre saying that repair takes 4-6 weeks, which I wasnt aware of before. Now they asked me to wait till Tuesday next week when their manager will contact me for the solution

    My original order came a week late, customer service never gave me a proper timeline every time I reached out (about 6 times). Finally, when it came I was disappointed in the custom setting so opted to have it reset with a regular setting from their inventory. After I sent it back and paid the additional money for the new setting, 3 weeks went by and no update. It's now been 5 weeks and the last email I received from customer service was that it should be here yesterday, which did not happen. I cant tell you how their product is yet but I can tell you that they cannot manage customers expectations properly so if you are trying to make plans around a big engagement, I wouldn't go with this brand as it is inconsistent and never on time.

    Save your money and go elsewhere! This is the place to make the engagement ring process more stressful. Lack of transparency and deceitful practices.My ring arrived damaged with missing documentation and I never received a proper explanation or apology for what happened. For the repairs, they gave me an estimated time frame of 4-6 weeks, that is more than 3x the amount of time it took for my ring to get created from scratch. Their shipping date was delayed and yet no one informed me of this and then it arrived AGAIN missing documentation and without proper packaging. Do not go here if you want an undamaged ring at a reasonable time frame.

    My fiancé and I got engaged in August and realized one of the prongs holding the diamond in its setting was broken. We contacted Ritani, were provided a shipping label and sent it back for repair. We rcvd confirmation on 9-21 that it was delivered. We heard nothing and followed up on 9-27. We were told they were closed for Rosh Hashanah but that the repair had been completed and we would receive the ring on 9-28 or 9-29 at the latest. On 10-2 we followed up as we had received no communication. We were told by ***** their factory was backed up, but the ring would be finished by end of week. On 10-3 we followed up and ***** stated there was an expected ship date but no tracking information so they must have caught something before sending it back. On 10-4 we followed up and ***** stated her team was hoping it would ship that day, but if for some reason it didn't, it would be 10-6 at the latest as they were closed again on 10-5. We followed up on 10-6. On 10-7 ****** stated the ring required more work and would ship on Wed due to being closed on Mon and Tues for a holiday. We called and spoke to a "supervisor" who stated that rose gold was a very porous metal and they were having a hard time repairing it so they would be pouring a completely new mold. We called and spoke to another "supervisor" who stated they were having a hard time getting a hold of the off-site repair company. On 10-12 we followed up again but the supervisor ******** was unavailable and would call back by end of day. On 10-13 after receiving no call back, I left a msg that we would take it back in any condition and would be contacting an attorney if no tracking info was rcvd. We both called from our respective GB numbers, but they were no longer answering our phone calls. We had to create a new ****** voice number in order for them to answer our call. Finally received the ring back on 10-14 WITH NO REPAIR COMPLETED. I highly recommend NOT using this company. Terrible experience.
