I have had plumbing drainage issues with my tub for quite some time. The plumber this company sent out was not equipped to diagnose the problem. He ended up shaking the tub and replacing the wax ring on the toilet. He charged me $724 for these two things that took around 30 minutes to complete. Do not use this company.Review from Danielle B

Our experience with Jennings Heating, Cooling , Plumbing & Electric was excellent from our call for an appointment to the technicians who came out within three hours of making an appointment to evaluate our heating problem. Both **** ***** and ***** ****** were professional, knowledgeable and informative. We totally recommend Jennings.

We accidentally cut our own thermostat wire during construction on our home. ***** came out and fixed the problem right away so we had heat. The whole cable was old and needed to be rerun, but after talking to him he realized that we might be ready for a new HVAC system (which we were, 21 year old furnace 21+ year old air conditioning unit). He fixed the problem so we had heat and then went further and called a coworker (*****) to come out (it is Sunday) and do an estimate for us. Jennings hooked us up with a great new hvac system that we won't have to worry about everyday. My husband is on the kidney transplant list so we need efficiency and cleanliness, which is exactly what we got. Thank you Jennings and *****, we will continue to call when we need help, though it won't be for furnace issues anymore. ??Jennings Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric Response

Awesome company! Very professional from first contact to interaction with salesperson! The scheduler worked hard to have someone come out to our home for an appointment for a quote, given the fact that we had no heat and our furnace was not working! We ended up purchasing an entire system, new furnace and air conditioner from Jennings, and installation scheduled immediately.
