This place is fraud and will tell you things covered under warranty. However, they will still charge you. Run from this place, they are money hungry

I was conned into purchasing a 3 in 1 coverage on top of my lease at over a grand being led to believe it was mandatory. Part of the coverage is windshield chip fixes. I got a chip in my windshield around 2 months ago and called them to schedule to get it fixed. Because of my work schedule, I need a loaner for the day. The booklet that explains the coverage says that a loaner will be made available to me as part of the coverage should I need it. The person I spoke with said there was not a loaner currently available and she would call me in 2 weeks to get me on the schedule. She did not call me 2 weeks later so I followed up at the 3 week ***** No loaner was available and she said she would call call me the following week. It has now been over 2 months and I have never received a call to get scheduled. I ended up filing a claim with my insurance company to get it fixed (raising my rates.) Additionally a few months prior to this experience I came to the dealership to get my battery replaced under warranty and the sales manager resfused even though I was within my mileage and the warranty booklet says ****** right on the front of it.After this experience I no longer feel comfortable coming to the service department there or using my 3 in 1 coverage and have had to pay for tire repairs and replacement elsewhere.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the optional vehicle protection that was elected for during the vehicle purchase in 2020. I would be happy to reimburse you for any claims that were paid for out of pocket with a service invoice from the provider, and in addition test the vehicle battery for warranty replacement ( this is determined by VWGOA's warranty department not the dealership). Our service loaner fleet is currently limited in size by the ongoing supply chain issues facing the automotive industry and availability can be extremely limited or not available. We are always happy to provide a service loaner if we have one available but are often scheduling weeks to months out for availability. Thank you for your understand and hopefully this goodwill gesture will help in someway.

I have already replaced the battery myself and paid for it. VWGOA was not the one refusing to replace it. The salesperson I spoke with told me that the battery was not part of the warranty and told me I would have to go back home and get my warranty booklet and bring it back to the dealership and prove to him that the booklet said the battery was covered under the warranty. Resorting to putting the burden of proof on me when the dealership should honor stated warranties. The claim for my windshield was covered completely by my insurance and cost me nothing out of pocket except for now increased premiums... I don't know how you expect to reimburse me for that.I understand that loaners are shorthanded but when I am told that I would be given a call to get an update on the status of scheduling the fix and no call ever comes it is extremely unprofessional and is on track with experiences I have had with your service department since I got my car.And again... this brings me to the conclusion that I no longer feel comfortable bringing my car into your service department or doing business with you making my "optional" protection that I was not told was optional useless.
