    On 06/18/2024, I received an email that appeared to be from ***** **** offering me a renewal at no cost for the next year. The ad goes to the next page where it appears if you order one of their items, your ***'s Card will be renewed. I placed an order for an item that was $8.98. The next day I got an email asking me to sign up for this company. I knew something was wrong and they were not ***'s Club. I emailed them right away and told them that I wanted a refund and to not sign me up for anything. I told th that they were misleading and how disgusted I was. I threaten to report them unless they returned my money and removed all my information. They said they would. Later that day I checked my account and they had removed the $8.98, but they also tried to remove $82.00. They could not get it though, because that is a prepaid card and I only put a few dollars in there unless I am ordering something of greater value. I email them again and told them to remove all my information and they said I had to call. I did and once again they said they would remove my information. Today, I checked my account and they tried again to remove money, $42.00. This business is using fraud and deceit to steal money from people. I just want them to remove all my information from their records, immediately. I have documents, but I do not know how to upload. I can forward them by email, if you need them.

    My order for a Vortex Heated Vest was confirmed on December 1, 2023 by email. I ordered this for a Christmas gift. Received email on December 12, 2023 that the vest had shipped. On December 18, 2023 received an email that the team is on track to ship the vest on December 18, 2023 which was 6 days later than the December 12, 2023 email. When the vest was received it was not as advertised and very subpar quality and sizing was off. I called ************ (left message) and emailed on December 26, 2023 to inquire into returning the item. No response. I emailed again on January 1, 2024. Received an email from ***** **** ******* *******. Emailed again on January 4, 2024. Emailed again on January 9, 2024. Each time requesting someone to contact me. January 10, 2024 I received an email with instructions to return the vest. I shipped the vest on January 11, 2024 to * * *** ***** ***** ** ***** that cost me $13.64 through ****. The package arrived at the PO Box on January 16, 2024. I emailed the company on February 1, 2024 and informed the company that the package had been delivered. Asked about a refund. The vest cost $69.98. I filed a complaint with the State of ******** Attorney General office (their office could not get in touch with this company but contacted ** ****) and tried to get ** **** involved (I faxed all of the copies of correspondence to ** **** but they said they never received my fax -** **** notified me that my allowed time had expired unfortunately). If nothing else (I have basically written this money off) I do not want anyone else to fall for this company's scam. Do not get me wrong I would love my money back. Thank you!
