    Absolutely absurd. I was looking at a hellcat durango they had offered. I sent a 1000 wire transfer under the pretense I was going to be signed up to hold the vehicle. Once I sent the wire transfer, I found out the vehicle was built for Canadian market meaning ******** won't honor warranty once it crosses boarders. I have since requested my refund exactly 7 times and each time I've been in a run around with them. From "*****" claiming she's reached out to me which was a bold face lie. Then once I've provided all wire info, printed straight from my bank. She asks for proof. Like *** send my refund. I will never do buisness with north coast again.

    I cosigned on a loan with my daughter in January 2024. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Between my little girl and I we have placed around 100 calls to them trying to get them to help with their mistakes. You get the run around, lied to, empty promises, and transfer/disconnects. I feel they tricked us because it says there is some damage to the car on carfax but they will not tell us what - like it is hidden. Next the brakes went out within a week and my daughters father and I shelled out another $579 to repair. The salesman spelled my dtr's name wrong while we were there. He crossed it off on the paperwork and not in the computer. We asked if this would be a problem later and he said no it would be fixed. A lie. We have been BEGGING for weeks for them to spell her name right so she could get another temp tag or plate. Runaround. The manager told me yesterday a promise that he would call me back and handle this himself. Another lie. We have been NOT called back over 20 times. Last night the man who messed up the paperwork told my daughter just to drive with expired tags - we have screenshots. "I am sorry I got busy again. You can drive, they are not pulling people over for this". Finally today I got the BMV to give us a temp tag even though the name and address is spelled wrong on the memorandam title and paperwork. We have been advised by the police and BMV to file a report with the attorney general. I missed work today and so did my daughter. We both have high credit scores and stable income. This business is all too happy to take your money and then you realize later you've been duped. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. We are filing a report with the Attorney General, BBB, and anyone who will listen. By yesterday they were hanging up on us - asking our name and then we'd be 'disconnected'. ***** and ****.

    We bought a vehicle and on our way home the check engine light came on and the power of the engine dropped dramatically. Took it back the next morning, they gave us a loaner and that too turned on the check engine light. We are about to do the first payment on a vehicle that we haven't even had 24 hours with it and our car is STILL not fixed. We asked to switch it for another car and they have told us is not doable and we have no compensation of any sort. The only thing they have said is that our vehicle is being taken care of and that they are working on it.

    I think they are complete scam artists. Bought a car for $19k, came out with a car for $24k....No proof of employment, yet was approved on a car note that I cannot afford. Went back in, thought they were correcting their error, was a return of $3500....have yet to see the loan corrected, can not get a hold of anyone there....Be very careful...very careful...but if you have no job, no credit and no history of either-this will be a great place to go, they will file all the illegal documents do you can get a car!!!

    Bought a car with ***** miles on it for my son with Autism. Paid around $22,000. A/C didn't work but the salesman told us the car still had a factory warranty. Took car to ***** dealer to be fixed and found out car had missing front ***************** from a partially repaired accident that they were informed about right on the Car fax report. ***** would not pay for A/C because it had no freon in the system and non GM parts were used. North Coast Mitsubishi would not install the missing ***************** without charging us another $500! These guys are crooked-er than a dog's hind leg.Stay away.

    Someone pick the Nissan Leaf out for me.I had no beacon score so how can you determine my A.P.R, salesman stated that chargers was free. Chargers are not free through out the city.

    **** and **** were great I called to about a Camaro I wanted but hadnt been getting approved elsewhere and drove from Columbus to check it out I wanted told them my budget and they handled everything else perfectly , if you need help financing **** is guy to talk to ! Loving my new car would highkey recommend , even let me take it out for a test drive for 2 hours before I bought it

    Bought a car in January. They talked me into warranties that I didnt want. Wanted to cancel in February. To cancel the warranties they had me send signed documentation and stated the process would take 6 to 8 weeks. This was in February here we are in June and theres still no progress. I have checked every few weeks and its impossible to get in touch with the right person. Or they take my information and say theyll call me back. That never happens. I have email threads with ****** saying that the process has been started. ***** in March emailed me said the process has been started but she needs my insurance policy to confirm that I have gap insurance which I do. After sending her my policy she then said the process should be done soon. This was March. Since then silence. I called last week to see what was going on and they claim to not have any records of our interactions. This is clearly a lie. They will play around until you give up. Warning if you buy a car from here DO NOT GET THE WARRANTIES you dont need them. The dealer gets a kickback for every warranty they process. So if you do get a warranty and want to cancel they will Ill make it near impossible. Also get your own financing before you show up. Good luck with this Dealership they will squeeze you dry if you let them.

    i just bought a used 2021 F-150 Lariet. *********************** was ***********. He was very pleasant and professional. All of the staff i met were very courteous and professional including ***** and ******. They all act as a team and made my experience enjoyable. jf
