            stated the hoodie would be sent multiple times. offered to have it shipped out to me personally multiple times. she stole my personal belongings & my money. the hoodie is finished as a photo was sent to me. she stopped responding to me. all i ask is that my hoodie and my scrapes from my daughter’s first onesies be sent to me.

            adding information to my case
            back in november of 2023 i had ordered a keepsake onesie crewneck order from a friend who owns ***** **** ****. She had went through Brinett & Co to have the crewnecks made. They were going back and forth with each other. ***** **** **** never received an updated tracking number- the owner of Brinett & Co said she was done doing business with her, without sending the items out. ***** **** **** told me, including the other 7 people that had ordered a hoodie to reach out to Brinett & Co personally because the owner had stopped replying to her. I reached out and was asking for my hoodie to be shipped to me personally- Brinett & Co was more than happy to give me information reguarding my hoodie & to be sent to me personally for a fee of $6, she also said ***** **** **** order would be shipped February 8th- the last and final day according to her TAT. i told her i would wait for my order to be shipped with the rest of the order for the other customers. she got mad. I had reached out to ***** **** **** a week later & she said the tracking info has yet to be updated. Brinett & Co has stated multiple times before hand not only to me but a few of the other girls that had ordered lies about when the order would be shipped. I was just wanting my items back at this point because its been 3 months. I reached out to her after the hoodie was not sent after she said that it would be shipped 2/8/24 telling her i would send the $6, asking for her venmo name again, but never got any response. I received a photo, after i had asked to make sure my item was done for proof. She has been lying to ***** **** ****, along with the rest of the customers.
