I’m currently purchasing a car from sally and associates, I’ve had the car for 6 month now. I recently started having problems with the car. I believe they knew the car had problem before they sold it to me(overpriced, now that I’ve have the car vitual appraised and had a complete inspection done) this is the second car I’ve ever owed. Now when I took the car on a test drive, he told me the noise I was hearing from the wheels was because the tires was too big for the car AND I needed bigger tires because I have all wheel drive, well turns out that was incorrect, I needed new wheels bearings , I recently took out a loan to get the total exhaust fixed which was 550.00 after paying it back I will have to pay almost 1000 , this has set me back so bad plus the car needs more work done,I called them when I started having problems with the car they said they would look at it but they was full at the moment blah blah blah( I don’t even know who’s In charge there or anyone’s name I’m sure he told his name the day of sell but I don’t remember and it’s not written anywhere and I can’t even read the name signed on the signature , I can’t afford to keep paying almost $400 a month plus get the car repaired just so I can ride it to work so I can provide for my kids as a single mom. Now I’ve recently contacted a attorney about this issue because I know I’m purchasing the car “ as is “ but I would I like to renegotiate the deal , I Kelly blue booked and carfox and people reported the car online , the car is only worth the most 4000and that’s in great condition, the car has multiple major issues , some I probably still don’t know about the check engine light is on has been on. I should of took the car back when it was hard to register the car in my name, missed the red flag. I will upload everything they gave me at the day of sale plus the receipt I have of me getting the exhaust fixed. Plus the inspection papers I have and the copy of the online appraisal prices I have. Ps this is not the first time they sold someone a faulty car . I was in the shelter with a girl who was buying a red van from them, she had problems after the first week and driving it, second red flag I ignored. I also do not have copies of the receipts of me paying them because everything was done over the phone credit card but I do have the first receipt of my down payment.
