    Beefcake racing please stay away. I purchased a product over the phone. When I received the item, is was not as described. The QC, build quality & the design of the product was not as advertised. I reached to out to get a return. Terry the owner & I came to agreement over the phone. I would receive my full refund if I paid for return shipping. Reluctantly I paid return shipping even though I was advised not too. Now that Terry & Beefcake racing has received the item they are holding my full refund hostage. Has not provided my refund in full. Terry has blamed me the whole way for wanting to return the item. Has made this process extremely awful as well as texting me sometimes 8-10 in a row. He claims he doesn’t care how he treats his customers & swears he is doing me a favor ( I have the texts ). I will be providing our agreement to ******** ******* however I want others to choose wisely when dealing w/ Terry & Beefcake Racing.

    Customer made a purchase form us for parts for his vehicle.   Parts are from a USA Veteran Owned company and one of the top 3 manufacturers in the country for these parts.   Customer didn't like the "bends" on the headers, claimed they were not mandrel bent, which of course they are.   Regardless,   we have a 7 day return policy, and a 30% restock.  The reason we have a 30% restock is because most manufacturers charge a restock and do not refund shipping charges and this is a heavy item which costs over $100 to ship.

    Customer was 2 weeks past the restock time, but we still agreed to take the product back.  In addition, because this particular manufacturer charges an 18% restock and does not refund shipping.   We allowed the customer to send the item to us.  That allowed us to knock the restock down to 10% to only cover the original shipping charges, vs the 30%.

    As you can see by the attachments.   We have included a copy of our return policy, which clearly states 30% and 7 days.   I have attached a copy of the customers order showing he was refunded minus only 10% vs 30%.   And I have included a copy of the original rma from the manufacturer LTH stating that they would charge 18% and not refund shipping, bringing to nearly 30%.

    To summarize,  we extended the return policy by 3 times the normal time,  we took the product back to inventory, vs going back where it came from to save the customer $300 in restock charges.  Customer stated on the phone.  "I made an uneducated purchase,  but I shouldn't have to pay for my mistake".    

    WE went out of our way to lessen the burden on the customer, and I feel we went above and beyond.

    In December 2023, I ordered car parts listed as "in stock." While part of the order arrived within 3 weeks, I cannot use the delivered fuel rail until everything on the order has been delivered. In January, I was informed it could take 4-6 weeks for the remaining parts, despite them being listed as available. This delay has become unacceptable, and the offer to ship a different item that included a fuel rail was unacceptable as I already received the fuel rail system and it was non returnable. I also fail to see anything on their website that mentions 8+ week extended delivery times for in stock items, with the exception of custom turbochargers or superchargers. Now, I'm stuck with unused parts and Beefcake's return policy charges fees for returning items listed as in-stock but never delivered. This lack of inventory and unclear communication seems like a "bait and switch" tactic, and I believe potential buyers should be aware. To resolve this issue, I am requesting the remaining item shipped ASAP, along with a refund for the remaining items due to this extended delay.

    I received an email back from BeefCakeRacing the on 2/13/2024, asking if I was interested in taking a lower quality "Lower Priced" item that they stated was similar to the one I had ordered in December 2023 as a immediate replacement.  

    I wanted to inform you that I did not take their offer as it was not what I paid for, or have been waiting for this long.  IMO this is either a scam as they never had the item i ordered or is a bait and switch tactic,

    If you need something sooner I do have the ****** ****** in stock in the satin finish for the 80 or 92mm ***** Style Throttle Bodies.  I could do it for the same price as the ********* and ship out right away.
