On or about 4/5/22 I submitted my application to this company for an apartment Cedar Ridge in ****** ****. When I called ******* on 4/1 and spoke with him about available units, I was told to submit an application. After I submitted it I called on 4/7/22 only to be told my income was not enough for the apartment. No where on the website does it say you need to make over $2000.00 per month to be considered, nor did he tell me that when we talked. If that would have been told to me I would not have waisted my $25.00 to put the app in. This is very important information to be given out to people so they do not waste their money. Nothing no where states what the income must be. I would like my money back for false information and for basically stealing my money.

Landlord is refusing to enforce the lease concerning a section of my lease pertaining to noise coming from apts. This is also covered by Ohio Revised Code Section 5321.05 and provision in my lease. I have cancer and other medical conditions that have been adversely affected by the companies refusal to enforce the lease. The dog whines, cries, and barks when her owner is not home and it needs to stop.

Our Assistant Property Manager has spoken with *** ***** and the resident in question.

The resident has a rescue dog which does have separation anxiety and is taking steps to correct the issue by placing a blanket over the cage while she is at work, having a friend stop in during the day, and purchasing a bark collar.  The resident is home every evening and there are no noise issues after this time and was confirmed by *** ***** and neighboring residents.

We truly hope this resolves the noise problem and she is able to keep her pet.

    Thank you
