    Business response

    08/09/2024

She said not to come back i explained to her anytime I didnt show i am a small company and cant just do the job by myself because she wanted it done cheaper she has known me before I worked for her and has expressed that she wanted the cabinets for free she was just wanting free everything out of this job after she said she was going to see if she could get cabinets for free after they sent thw wrong ones and she stated i ordered the wrong cabinets she did i told her unfinished she didnt double check then blamed me the lowes cart changed the finish but i stated to her they had to be unfinished and she said to keep what I was charging for paint i had to carry her cabinets to her screened room which wasnt my job and then she was trying to add other tasks that werent even agreed upon she asked me to do all her cabinets handles even the ones i was not hired to do , she was clearly trying to get free work done because im a smaller company and dont have the backing larger companies have.

swapping all handles wasnt agreed upon in the quote or invoice since she wants to be technical taking advantage of a small contractor is what she expected
