            I had a phone conversation on 10/17 with the ** ************************* about purchasing a new Trail Blazer. I was told a $500.00 deposit was needed. I went in to the office on 10/18/2022 and gave the business a check for $500.00. I contacted the business about 3 weeks later, around 11/7/22, and they told me thatthe vehicle I was purchasing never came in so I asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time to get my money refunded. They told me they were waiting for me to call them with my credit card information. I told them I never used a credit card. I kept getting brushed off and theywould not *************. I had to get the president of my local10 05 (our union) involved and he told them the same thing about waiting for my credit card information. I advised them again that I wrote a check and did not useacredit card. I didn't get my refund until 11/24/2022.

            The absolute worst service department I have ever gone to. - Made appointment a week ahead to drop off and leave vehicle for the day 11/21/2022 to have the power sliding rear window on my Silverado put back on the track. The power sliding opened and closed with the exception that the window was off track. I was told it was a 2.5 hour job and because I dropped the vehicle off with them in the morning that it would be completed by days end well I was wrong about that. I was called and told that they did not get to it and that they had no loaner cars and I can come pick it up and bring it back the next morning and leave it once again. Against my better judgment I did pick it up and bring it back the following morning Tuesday 11/22/2022. I was told originally that it would be done by 12:00 noon and they would deliver the vehicle back to me at my place of employment. I told them I needed to have it back by 2:30pm as I was leaving to travel for the Thanksgiving Holiday. So here I am at 2:30 calling and asking what is going on ??? I was then told that my service advisor had gone home for the day and that they were told to deliver the vehicle to me by 2:30 . I said look at your watch it is 2:30 he says Oh I did not realize it was that late and that the technician was working on it still and then proceeded to tell my that they can get the window back on the track but it will not open and shut because the window motor is bad .I then stated that it worked when I dropped it off . I was told ya it could open an inch or so but the gear on the motor was bad and would not allow it to open further. I said that is an outright lie unless the technician damaged it. I told them to just get it ready for me to pick up and that I would take it elsewhere to have repaired properly. Later that evening upon trying to fasten a baby seat into the rear seat I realized they DID NOT reattach and secure the rear seat seat belt buckle to the floor. I could not imagine if I was in and accident !!!
