Been using this place since they opened - they detail and ceramic all my vehicle i own. I can’t recommend them enough.

charged my account after i cancelled my appointment due to his failure to provide a written quote of price and work to be done - called numerous times spoke to him - said he would give me written quote in black and white and send it to my email. when he failed to do so i cancelled the day before scheduled work on his work site. when i cancelled he charged my account without my approval. i told him several times i wouldnt drop my vehicle off unless i had something in black and white stating what was to be done and the price!! very shady businessKnight In Shining Armor Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings & Detailing, LLC Response

** *********** stopped by our business on 2/13, He was given a verbal quote, he then provided us with his credit / debit card information to secure the appointment, this cuts down on no shows and last minute cancellations, which is the whole reason we ask for it. He called us in the morning of 2/15 asking for a written quote. We emailed them the quote. He says he never got it. If we would call us he would never leave a message. He never said he wouldn’t drop the vehicle off without a written quote. He simply said we wanted one. We still have it in our estimating software On the afternoon of 2/15 he called us twice but we were at the time on the line with another customer, he again never left us a message. An hour later he cancelled and his card on file got charged via the cancellation. It’s stated at the bottom of every appointment booking email what our no show and cancellation police is. It is also posted in our office in plain sight. I do not know what his issue is, other than he simply may have not seen the estimate appear in his spam folder perhaps. We have detailed documentation and phone call over the cancellation. I would also like to add he is now outside our business picketing and harassing our business.
