So, my problem is I got a washer and dryer from rent 2 own. Which I Love the item took advantage they had of pay 20 dollars for a whole month. I received the items on the 7th when I was supposed to receive it on the 5th so the manager at the time offered me 2 weeks for free for the inconvenience. So, paying the first month would take me to April 7th, 2022 with 2 weeks free that took me to April 21st 2022. I called in on March 30th 2022 to make sure that the payment was going to be ran correctly because I've had some issues happen to where I am a little tight on money. ******* was the one I spoke to on the 30th he was yelling at me telling me I was trying to double dip by getting 2 weeks for free and that when I paid the 20 dollars I was pretty much getting a month for free so he said I was already making out. I told him that its not my fault that I took advantage of their promotion of the $20 for a month and then I didn't delivery the wrong items they did and they gave me the 2 weeks for free. So he finally came to understand where I was coming from and said I only owed 10 days for the month of April which I was fine with. I wake up today April 1st with the whole $160 being taken out so I called in and ask for a manger and *** talks to me I explain everything that is going on and she sees that I am correct then I said I shouldn't of had to call in and she asked what my desired outcome was I was I believe I only owe the 1 week 7 days due to being lied to on the 30th and still having to call in on today April 1st to deal with this. She then goes to tell me the best she can do is offer me what I already had to pay was the 10 days she told me they couldn't give me the item for free. I told her I'm not refusing to make my payments and i have made every payment its not my fault that I got the first month for $20 that was your promo and you guys offered the 2 weeks for free. She then said that is a courtesy and I shouldn't complain. Told me that I been paying anythiBusiness response

I reached out to the store manager for the Compliant # 16972371 with ***** ***** about the issue. ***** ******* has made several attempts all week to contact ***** by phone and text messages to work something out to her satisfaction. As of today, she has not returned the calls or text message to help ***** out. Please have the consumer contact the store and ask for ***** the manager.

I am rejecting this response because: My phone was broken for 2 days April 5,6 2022 but I've had a new one since April 7 2022. I have not received one before then or nice I have got a new phone same number. They are more than welcome to call me again.

I have some items through r2o, we have had problems with them taking the wrong amount or just taking double payments, so I no longer pay by debit card only cash, so I called in today July 2 to let them know I'd be in on the 5th to make the payment due to not being in town and them being closed on the 4th. Then not even 2 hours later I'm getting a call from **** who is accusing me of not having the money in my account and that i have made multiply late payments. I have never made anything late with them other than when they have taken the wrong amount and caused problems with my bank account to where it has to be fixed. Then I call in to let them know I am going to wait on corporate to contact me and this was to *****, and she also called me a liar saying she has never spoken to me before this day. I ordered my washer and dryer from ***** so she may not remember but she has talked to me. They are very unprofessionalBusiness response

I have reached out to the regional manager *** **** in regards to the complaint #16972371 from ***** *****. The regional manager did speak with ***** *****. He moved his account to our other store located down the road in Newark store so they can take the best of care of his account for him. He also gave the customer 30 days free time. The customer stated he was satisfied.

There's a lady who called me on 3/23 I don't have to ask her if I was able to make a two week payments on the 3/25 and on my next payday I'll make my monthly payment so I don't get behind did you say yeah that would be fine no problem well I guess that lady wasn't in there today so I want to run in today it was a different big story that lady who's trying to take my money act like I can't make I can't make payments and I explained to her I talked to someone on the phone and she said I could tell the first and I make my monthly payment like I don't see the big deal about it it's money either way it's getting paid I see it as but I said take it or leave it you know I'll take my money back I guess there was a store manager she called herself one anyway she didn't tried to look in the computer trying to help out all that hurt it came out her mouth we just come and get your stuff if you want them and had no help she was very rude she yelled for a gentleman in the back is that words come out her mouth you're a customer come and help her if she's a store manager I thought that was her job to help out but the German came up he was very nice he helped me out and they let me do the two week payment he said it was put in wrong in the computer but they will lose a customer after I get all this paid off only 6.5 more months while I was he was helping me out she was still trying but in and say things so I put my hand up and told her she was very rude and I don't want to talk to her no more and she have no reason to talk to me like that she said she can do whatever she wants cuz it's her store that's fine they lost a customer for sure. . So everyone be careful they will try and get extra payment out of you they tried me last month so be careful not to I'll call them out today on it have a great dayBusiness response

In regards to the BBB complaint @ 16949625 I did reach out to the store manager ****** ******t. The employee ***** was at the counter helping ******* **** with her payment. The payment was short and was not what she had committed to pay earlier. Our employee was following our procedures of not taking short payments when a committed amount had already been agreed upon. She was not being rude by trying to explain this. She did call the Collection Manager **** to come to the counter. Which he did and worked out with ******* on taking the short payment and forgiving the other due. We apologize for any confusion and **** did what he could to help out ******* with her short payment.

I am responding to complaint * ********. I have contacted the regional manager and the store manager in regards to the ***** ****** complaint. The store will be contacted the customer to get pictures of the damaged bookshelf. We will file a claim with our insurance company and send them the pictures and information for them to contact her. The insurance company will be through our agent *** ***** * *********** We will need to have ***** get in contact with our ********** ***** and speak with ****** ******. The did call today and left her a message to contact them.

Every item I rented or purchased from this company location Piqua Ohio. I have only received 1 rental agreement. Which is paid off couple months ago. Still have not received pay off ownership papers. My washer and dryer and furniture I'm still paying for but never signed a rental agreement showing how much I will have paid. I have often texted and or called asking about this with them saying they will get that to me. 2 months paid off on TV and been paying on other items for about a year or more.Business response

Good afternoon, I did reach out to the store manager ******* ******* in regards to the customers issue. She did make attempts to call her, with no answer and left message. She also sent her a text message to contact the customer. The manager mailed her copies of her rental agreements to the residence address on file. If she doesn't receive them soon to please contact the store and ask for *******, she will be happy to assist her.

They call me 1 time last week and texted. I responded to her text saying I work every day except for Thursday. Which is today. Not sure when she mailed contracts but I'm sure I would have received them by now it's been about a week and they are 7 miles from me.

In response to complaint * ********. The store manager has reached out today on the customers day off and has not been successful in reaching ***** ******* at home so they can hand deliver the agreements. If she would please contact the manager ******* ******* to when will be good time to drop them off they would be happy too. The store is open until 6:00 pm.
