Buyer beware. Poor customer service after sale. We wanted to support Dalys, a local business. We went there first, then shopped around and saw what we wanted and went back to Dalys to place our order. Turns out we made a $2,300 mistake. We have purchased there several times over the years with no problems but something has changed. We purchased a front load W&D w a riser/pedestal. On the first use the washer vibrated excessively on spin cycle shaking the entire laundry room and the dryer beside it. I contacted Dalys and the owner said it is probably due to being on a pedestal. He would charge $200 to send someone out to remove pedestal. I contacted ** and they sent service person out. Machine was checked and leveled. I was informed vibration is likely from being on the pedestal. It seems both ** and seller are of potential problems but do not inform consumers. I bought the pedestal for convenience and now I have to remove it to prevent excessive vibrating. Dalys owner claims it is not his responsibility to inform customers of potential problems. Further he tells me he is not in the business of selling used appliances and would only give a $1000 credit toward replacement. a $1300 loss for me. When I called the owner a second time he was arrogant and rude. He claims I didnt sell you anything you didnt want. Owner claimed he was busy had other customers, we werent getting anywhere, wished me nice day and hung up. Not once did he ever say he was sorry I was having difficulty. There was no compassion or empathy at all. Not even a suggestion to call ** and express my concerns. We will not shop Dalys again and I strongly suggest buyer beware.

I have worked there for the last year plus.I was tossed aside like trash after enduring a assault by an employee, interoffice relationships, belittling and absolute downgraded and cussed out by the owner of this llc due to personal matter while working there. Horrible company to work for!

We went to the store to purchase a refrigerator for our garage. We told the salesman we where having problems with our current garage refrigerator and wanted to buy a new one that would work in our unheated garage. We bought the refrigerator recommended by Dalys and had it delivered. In a short period of time we found that the refrigerator did not work in the garage in cold temperatures (freezer issues). After reading the fine print in the manual, we discovered that we were sold a refrigerator that was not intended for garage use (not to be used in temperature lower than 55 degrees). When we contacted Dalys by phone the salesman told us we needed to purchase a heater kit to make it work (spend more $$, even though they sold us the wrong appliance). In addition, in speaking with the owner he became very belligerent, disrespectful and continually spoke in a loud, intimidating manner (calling my wife cheap and a liar). He was very unsympathetic and would not allow us to share our thoughts. Dalys misrepresented the refrigerator they sold us and refused to stand behind their product with any kind of customer service. We made the decision to go to a small, family owned appliance store rather than a big box store, we will not make this mistake again. We are in our late 60s and have NEVER been treated like this anywhere else.
