I received the name of this company from my insurance company to handle a water damage claim. They came out did an estimate and priced out the job. All good so far. I had some extra things done and paid them for the work I requested out of pocket and upfront. They stated the insurance company would pay half up front the remainder after the job was completed. Still all good so far. They completed the job and submitted to insurance for payment. This is where not so good. I started receiving daily phone calls asking for a check. In the past the insurance company sends me the check I PAY THE VENDOR. I do not have a check yet. I call the insurance and Greater Dayton had not done their due diligence to be paid. I inform them of this and they come back with no one response to them from the insurance company. In the interim they are demanding a payment from me. You took this on as an insurance claim at this point it is between you and them. I paid you in full. Still daily text, emails, and phone calls for their check. I am back calling insurance and they stated a check was going out for x amount of money and here is your balance. They agreed to send the check directly to the vendor. I call to pay the balance and they wanted to charge a fee over the phone, I declined and sent it certified mail. They still mailed me a bill threatening me after all I have done to make sure they were paid. This company is rude, harass customers, and are desperate to be paid no matter what. If you value your peace of mind. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS! I only have control over my pocket not corporate companies. Referrals are part of your businesses foundation. If you do not treat your customers with respect guess what no referrals.

This company is Horrible!!! After almost 3 years they still are not finished. My lights flicker, but did not before they worked on my home. My bath tub, bathroom was damaged. They said leak before dire. What? They never tested water before they claimed it was ready. Year after year coming back & lousy people sent. Nails coming thru wall. The foreman said its spider webs. Foreman spit on hand to clean smoke damage in window seal. Paint gulped on walls. Sent people who stood on my bed in there shoes n got paint all over curtains, bedding You can see cracks between drywall. THEY GAVE HOME BACK KNOWING CARBON DIOXIDE Ws coming back in home. Cut hole behind stove n for long time just left whole in wall so all myheat/air went out. Left windows without screens. Dishwasher took over year get this to work along with garbage disposal. I amapplaud Wyler Allstate recommended them. OH YES Wyler Allstate I as promised to you & Dayton Construction I am doing a horrible review on both. I could go on & on with all the half ass work they did, but I am limited to typing. Word of advice don't use them or Allstate.
