            I paid over $11,000 for a fence which was erected by Willhoite & Sons. This fence came with a lifetime warranty. The local gas company had to have the fence removed in order to replace a gas line. To keep the lifetime warranty intact, Willhoite & Sons indicated they would need to disassemble and then re-erect the fence themselves after the gas line was replaced. The gas company agreed with this arrangement and paid Willhoite & Sons (aka Willhoite Fence & Landscaping) to perform the work of taking down and then setting the fence back up again. Unfortunately, the fence was not reassembled the way it originally was. I had them come out to try and rectify the problem. Although they did make an improvement, it was still not as it was before the fence was taken down. I have made numerous calls well over the course of a year to get someone out to correct the problem, and even though I would consistently get a promise that someone would come out or get in touch with me, it never happened. So, after at least a half dozen attempts at trying to get this problem resolved, my patience has finally worn off and I felt my only option was to file a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau. Also, the reason why I had not previously filed a complaint was because I was giving the company multiple opportunities to correct the problem since they keep promising me they would do so.
