            A man named Pierre and Hallsmark Pavement Solution. They are currently scamming us. Pierre took $11385 early May from us and did the bare minimum. His scam is that he makes people put down a 50% deposit, spends all of the money on himself and goes around trying to collect new jobs to pay for the previous jobs that he did not complete. He lacks communication. This service was for a concrete driveway It has been at a standstill for 2 months. 2 of his excuses were that he was on vacation. He gets defensive when I call him out on all of his lies. He is trying to charge an additional 2100 for a culvert pipe that is non functional and non existent which I have pictures of. I have saved all of our messages with each other along with my husband. It's excuse after excuse. His workers who want to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation has admitted that Pierre does this scam to people and advised us that all of the work Pierre has done so far was half fasted or completely wrong. I will be attaching current photos of this project. Please let me know if you would like to view the entire text messages from both mine and my husbands phone and more photos to expose his persuasive lies. I am unable to upload all of them.

            I signed a propsal contract on Febuary 18th 2023; On April 11th 2023 I paid $2000 and I was promised the job would be done at the start of the pavement season. HallsMark cashed the check the same day. In May I called to get the status on the driveway date, and still no date was given. In late June, HallsMark called me and said they would be there before July 4th to do the job but they never showed up or called. I called again for an update in Mid July, and HallsMark said they were behind and would be there in 2 weeks but when 2 weeks passed, they did not show up or call. HallsMark claims they are behind but I think it is unreasonable to pay in April and the job is still not done in August. I have been more than patient waiting for this job to be done. I found this business after looking on Angies. The contact for HallsMark is Pierre H*** *** *** ****.
