    Sold my house remotely and Onyx Title is the company responsible for the closing and Disbursement of funds. Magan is the Escrow Agent. I have been requesting information in regards to disbursement of funds since I believe May 28, 2024. The online system they use for e-signing documents has shown since June 3rd that funds have been disbursed. This same system they use, also states to not be afraid to nag if you feel that things are not progressing as they should (time frame wise). Every time I ask her for an update, I am either ignored, or someone else reaches out to tell me she will be contacting me (which she never does) or that I need to pay a bill that's unrelated to my closing and not mentioned in my closing paperwork; bills that I fact are not even payable, bills that have a CREDIT balance (that I can't even receive until she does her job properly so the deed can be transferred out of my name). She has had no problems communicating everything she needs from me to other involved parties but cannot seem to reply to me. When she DOES reply, she doesn't know what she's talking about half the time. On numerous occasions I have had to get emails directly from places and have them forwarded to her, saying exactly what I already said, so she would believe me/understand what I'm talking about. I even went to the extent of scheduling an appointment with the CEO in efforts to relay my communication breakdown in regards to me being paid for my house, only for that appointment to get cancelled and hour in advance with a kind note stating to be patient. Virtually all of these communications have taken place on or after June 7th and all it took for ME was not even a 5 minute phone call to find out that she had sent the payment in an incorrect amount and has been notified and everything returned; that was two weeks ago! Two weeks of her telling me she would call them and get back to me; AFTER being notified she had to resubmit the payment in the correct amount.
