    Wrong mattress delivered n manager not willing to make right, very rude. Kept telling me I got right mattress even after I reached out to factory n they verified I did not have what I purchased.

    Order a La-Z-Boy recliner and material on footrest isn’t laying properly. Looks horrible!!! The manger was rude and said there was nothing more they could do.

    I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner off of the floor on Sunday 9/17/23, once home realizing the chair was not appropriate size or color for the room. Called Monday, apparently the wrong location but was told returns can be done within 3 days of purchase but call again the next day due to closing. Called today, less than 48 hours after purchase and spoke with the Manager. Not only was he smug and rude, I was told that I can't return anything if purchased off of the floor and later in conversation, he said I would of had 24 hours to return and i said I did call.. He smuggly replied "you called the wrong store and we cannot accept a return. There are clear & precise areas on my receipt to mark "as is" and "no returns" of which, neither is marked. I am so shocked and disappointed in this store and policy, as stated all of this has occurred in less than 48 hours. I don't see a great future for this store if this particular Manager remains in place, not only was he rude and very arrogant but not a good example for the rest of his team. Buyer beware of all information before finalizing your purchase as all of this could of been avoided. The sales rep *** was wonderful but her boss, whom should reflect the stores reputation was an absolute PAIN I will not purchase from Francis Furniture in Bellefontaine, Oh. again and notify all friends and family of this circus act.

    I bought loveseat through Frances furniture of Bellfountain had it specially ordered, was told that the cushions could be flipped, and when I got the furniture, it had a seam down the middle of the back of the cushions so that there was no way to flip on without seeing the seams, the cushion pillows were with filler, but no sort of lining or anything like that so that you could either take the cover off to be washed or anything just very poorly made for $1500. Very disappointed they wouldn’t do anything to make it right

    On August 28 2022 I bought a Lazy Boy recliner and in a short time the foam in the arms have pulled away and has caused a deep impression in both arms with the left one being worse I contacted the store in November and advised them of the problem. They said they would have to contact Lazy Boy about the problem. They called two weeks later and said Lazy Boy only covers the moving parts and would not do anything the manager also advised me I had abused the chair by using the arms to get up out of the chair. I informed him I am 73 and how am I supposed to get out of the chair. He swore he had never had another complaint like this. I then told him if that was true it showed a defect in my chair. He advised there was two ways to fix the problem but neither was feasible foe his store to do. Remember chair was only three months old. After being on the phone with him for quite a while I advised him I would not be back in his store and I would pass on the problem. He ended up literally yelling and screaming at me and then hung up on me. I emailed Lazy Boy three weeks ago but still have not heard back from them. Just another note, when I went in to speak with him about my complaint there were several customers in the store, I made my complaint very quietly and no one even knew why I was there as to not hurt his business and certainly did not deserve the treatment I received.
