Buckner Mechanical LLC would be my top pick for any work needing to be fulfilled. I reached out to have a job done because I asked someone who to hire, and they highly recommended this company. Mr. ********************** recently installed a tankless water heater for us. He's polite, personable, extremely knowledgeable at his crafts, and patiently explains everything that he would be doing through the process, and why. He made sure the area was tidied up after completion, made sure everything was to our liking, walked me through how to adjust the unit for changes, welcomed any calls if we had questions, and also took everything with him that we would have difficulty in disposing. And my mother liked him! (That's honestly a hard win for most right there). A couple of days later after the installation, I reached out again to hire him (unrelated to the previous work he did for us). He does an excellent job and will be my go-to professional for any future needs.Review from Samantha M

I put in a request for emergency plumbing repairs through the BBB and Buckner Mechanical responded to my request within a few hours, they were the first company to reach out. They were able to set up an appointment 1st thing the following morning and were willing to work around my off-shift schedule. I was very impressed as within 5 minutes of arriving they had diagnosed the issue and were able to share the plan to get everything repaired. When my original drain turned out to be faulty from installation they went to the store for a replacement, and even called me to make sure I was ok with the color of the replacement. Overall the repair only took about 1.5 hours. They were professional, polite, and efficient and I would definitely recommend Buckner Mechanical to anyone who needs emergency repairs!Review from Jeri F

I have used Buckner in the past and recently. ***** does a nice job and is a nice guy. He has issues with finding people to work for him so he does most of the work on his own. We recently had him diagnose what is wrong with our system. He had to go get or order the part. Not sure which route he was taking to get the part. Here is where the tricky part comes in. I will NOT give a bad remark against ***** because he does a nice job. But recently he kind of left us hanging due to being very very busy. So if you call for his services do not be alarmed if a text or call does not get responded to or if it takes him awhile to get to you after saying he will do your work. If it is not an emergency give him time to get to you or ********** him know you got someone else to ease up his work load by one job. I recommend ***** to anyone needing work done!Review from Shirley C

I would recommend Buckner Mechanical over many of the larger known services in the Erie County, Huron County area as their service is very personable, they listen to the customer concerns and needs. They are not pushy or condescending. Buckner Mechanical takes pride in their work, does it very well, cleans up after completion and is happy to answer questions. I would not only recommend Buckner to others, I will be working with Buckner again as we have a large renovation project ongoing.
